There will be renovations in adjoining units so there could be noise due to continuous work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Condo 5103 at El Anclote, Punta Mita, Mexico

Like the location, amenities, security and friendliness. Unit was comfortable . Observations: master bath smells like sewer gas and shower leaks in front of toilet. Master bedroom A/C not working. Need a screen door and window on the backside for ventilation. Need microwave safe plates and bowels. Left side kitchen sink drain leaked but i tightened - needs replacing.

Great place, great location!

Have stayed in the condo complex before on surf trips, but this unit is awesome - plenty of room, clean, everything you need, double private veranda, just a 40' walk to pool and hot tub - great place. Only downside is wifi is permanently set on "it depends" mode.

Very disappointed

We were very disappointed to find out we had a well-rented unit in this condo building. It had the bare bones for amenities and supplies. And we ended up paying almost twice as much as anticipated due to fees.

Check-in Over an Hour

Our biggest frustration was that the security guard never had our information after several attempts and took over an hour. We had all of the paperwork, but they needed my name and it was never provided. The security guard was very nice and respectful and doing his job. My husband, 2 Kids, myself and luggage had to wait on the street until they could contact the owner. This was frustrating after 8 hours of travel. The property itself was clean; however outdated. It was not super kid friendly either. It was a great price point for the location and was very safe. I’m not sure I would stay there over some of the botiique hotels again.

Great location!

This was my second time in Punta Mita and I was thrilled with the rental! Location is perfect and the property having security guards at the gates was an unexpected bonus. Shout out to Carlos, the daytime guard, for being so fantastic! I will definitely book it again! FYI- there is not a place to do laundry in the condo or complex. You would have to find a laundry mat in town.
