Beautiful home, very well stocked.

Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful home in a great location

We had a great time. The main living area opens up with glass sliders to the pool making for a awesome great room. It had a outdoor kitchen with a sink. A fire pit was a nice touch and a small two burner grill. The little grill was great, I bought the same one when I got home. The owners were nice to work with and did as promised.

Luxurious Villa

This home is magnificent. It was like staying at a luxurious spa (without the staff). It was a wonderful last hurrah (third location) in sunny Florida for us before heading back to chilly New England. The pictures don’t exaggerate. We highly recommend this lovely property.

Not that impressed

The house was beautiful! A few things we weren't happy with. The pool was cold, the kitchen didn't have the essential equipment to cook, the beds were uncomfortable, the furniture was old & ripped in various spots, some of the decor didn't even work, also, whoever does the cleaning, does NOT do a good job! I think maybe we got spoiled with our other stays.

Great Home in Punta Gorda

We had a great experience staying at the house. The house was very clean and beautiful. It had all the necessities such as coffee maker, hairdryer, washer and dryer and so much more. It’s in a great location. It’s close to Fisherman’s Village and downtown Punta Gorda. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great house

The house came as advertised and pictured. It was a great place to relax in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and there were some pool toys for the kids to play with. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We loved going to Fisherman's Village only 2 miles away. The airport was only 5 miles away. The red tide was still effecting the beaches during our stay, so we decided against renting a boat. Instead, we enjoyed more time in the house and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning home in Paradise

The home is beautiful, well maintained with luxurious bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. The pool is just the right size for kiddos. The neighborhood is quiet and located centrally to the fisherman's wharf and downtown Punta Gorda. If you aren't traveling with kids it is great to take advantage of the borrow a bike program throughout the town. Also the responsiveness of the hosts is amazing, any questions we had were answered quickly. Enjoyed the home, the location and renting from Shaun and Shelley.

This is a beautiful home with a lovely pool. Plenty of seating outside on the patio. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Also very nice bathrooms. I wish there were televisions with cable in some or all of the bedrooms. Also, would have been convenient to have a garage door opener.

This property is a true relaxation destination! Kids loved it inlaws could come for supper and plenty of room! Owners are awesome reply to questions right away. Booking process was simple. Lots of pots n pans for cooking. You really never need to leave.

House needed cleaning

Very pretty home, except that it desperately needed a good cleaning. There were some dishes left in the dishwasher, the outside garbage pails were full, and the linen closets were a mess, with linens jut thrown in. Some towels needed cleaning. The rugs were dirty, and there was dust all around, and hairs that weren't vacuumed. The outdoor cushions should just be replaced. Even some of the light bulbs needed replacing. This could be a beautiful property, if it were managed properly. We were very disappointed.
