This is one of four completely renovated and remodeled modern apartments just 1.5 miles from downtown Punta Gorda and 2 miles from the Punta Gorda airport.

There is a beautiful walking and biking path 3/4 of a mile away. Private, quiet and convenient with all the amenities you could ask for from a "Super Host"!

The Space:
720 sq. ft. apartment (duplex). You will be staying in one side of the duplex. Completely private and quiet.

Guest Access:
One side of a duplex with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and laundry room.

The Neighborhood:
Punta Gorda is a beautiful small town with some of the best restaurants and bars in Charlotte County.

Getting Around:
Close to downtown and only 3/4 of a mile from a beautiful walking/bike path that borders Charlotte Harbor.

Nice and very quiet

THE UNIT WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL APPOINTED, IT WAS SURPRISINGLY ABSENT OF EXCESS NOISE EVEN THOUGH CLOSE TO INTERSTATE 75 , ALSO CLOSE TO THE RESTAURANTS THAT THE HOST RECOMMENDED WHICH WERE VERY GOOD

Beautiful Apartment!

The apartment was modern, clean, and quiet. Neighbors were very quiet, friendly and considerate. I was very grateful for this.Love the neat organized residence. The extra touches were greatly appreciated. Kind note with water left on kitchen table and laundry detergent and dryer sheets left in a very visible spot. Perfect table and chairs in back yard. To have your morning, coffee and breakfast. Good amount of pots and pans, plates and cups; enough for a small family, couple or single.Good location, quick drive into Fisherman’s Village or downtown Punta Gorda.Host was a good communicator, thoughtful and kind.

Wonderful!

Accuracy of photos and description was 100%! Great location that’s close to airport, Fisherman’s Village, Charlotte Harbor, restaurants and shopping. Unit was impeccably clean and well maintained! Furnishings and decor are very modern and tasteful. Outdoor patio area is nice and landscaped and the patio table, chairs, and grill are a bonus. Laundry was convenient to have on site—and free. Owner was very friendly and check in process was a breeze. I’m already planning to return in October!

Fabulous and relaxing stay near Punte Gorda and harbor areas

We actually stayed at the newer remodeled duplex which was so spacious for our week stay while looking for our next home! The home was very clean with nice closet space and room to move around. The bed was a queen and fairly comfortable. We enjoyed having the kitchen and morning coffee with a Keurig machine. We were able to enjoy breakfast and then go about our day. While the duplex is close to a main road with some traffic noise, we barely noticed it as we slept throughout the night. We loved that it was close to fabulous downtown Punte Gorda, Port Charlotte and Venice beach. It was spacious and a much better value than a hotel stay (minus a pool). You might want to pack an extra blanket in case you are the cold type (like me) as there weren't any available. Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs.

Modern, clean, quite, beautiful apartment

Such a great place with a reasonable price. Location is close to Harbor walk, short drive to a parking lot across the hospital where you can catch the path to walk down to fisherman's wharf. Fat Point brewery is less than 1 block down the street, great beer, friendly people. Accommodations in the apartment were excellent, highly recommend.

Needed extra room for a family gathering. This lovely home offered everything. Lovely new furnishing., beautifully landscaped front and back with cozy outdoor seating. So nice my sisters promised to visit me again

This was our 2nd time staying here. We love the property. Last year we stayed on the other side. Both sides are beautifully decorated, clean and updated. Location is perfect for a short Uber ride downtown where there are many restaurants and bars and beautiful water views. They are very accommodating to early check in or late check out if available. Great for a group of friends or family of up to 4. Love it there!

We had a great time at this property. It has been newly remodeled and it is beautiful. Very modern and clean. Loved the colors and the decor. Walking distance to Fat Point brewery which was great and just a short ride to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants and live music at night. Host was very accommodating to our needs. It was great!
