Nice resort if you don’t want to leave the property Just drunk eat and lay in pool. Not the nicest area outside the resort. But again if you only swim and drink it doesn’t get much better.

We stayed at the property because it was convenient to plans that we had in the area. We have seen it before and thought it would be the answer to our needs. The resort itself is clean, however it is very expansive. It felt like I was on a cruise ship. The rooftop pool had one large pool and another smaller one that looked like a lap pool but it was a hot tub with jets. In my opinion wastes space when it’s 95 degrees out and the other rooftop pool is crowded. Our lunch order was comped because after waiting an hour there was some sort of technical difficulty and the order never made it to the kitchen. The rooms were big and clean, however the shower gel and shampoo pumps were both empty. Plenty of conditioner though! The steakhouse on property was highly recommended by other guests-we found it just mediocre. Disappointed in general. We travel at least once a month and are well traveled.

I really enjoy this place! One suggestion I have is to consider adjusting the cost of parking for Florida residents. I believe that could encourage more visits for dining or enjoying the bar.

The staff didn't expain much, so I had to come back and ask again and again. Checking in wasn't smooth and the staff wasn't kind or nice. She looked so tired. That was a shame. The resort is perfect and nice, so it would make me come back later.

Beds were comfortable. Large shower with good pressure. Dining options for breakfast were limited. Lots of sweets available but not many healthy options. The room was great! It would have been the best trip if we didn’t have to leave. Room service would have been helpful. The pool was noisy and crowded. The water was foggy. However, we thought our daughter lost her stuffed animal and the security attendant was excellent; confirming that she saw us put it in the car. And nothing in lost and found.
