2 Bedroom 2 Bath home on a canal with a short boat ride to Charlotte Harbor. This charming home is on a quiet road. On a great corner lot with two large canals. You can see the water from almost every window in the house. A private dock for your exclusive use with power and water. There are no bridges between home and Harbor. Grab your rod and reel or use ours and fish right off our dock -Snook - Mangrove Snapper- Sheepshead- Black Drum- Tarpon - big fish have been caught right off our docks! The bait store is right down the road. There are several nearby launching ramps and a nearby marina for gas. Two bedrooms with one king and one queen bed. The bedrooms have blackout shades. The home has basic Dish Network, smart TV’s and high speed WiFi for your exclusive use. We do not have a telephone land-line, so bring your cell phone.

The modular house could use a few updates. The kitchen was very well stocked. The patio area is very nice and large. Heated pool was great. Host were responsive to the couple of issues we had.

We had a lovely holiday staying at this property! Very quiet with fantastic views from the pool area. The amenities were stocked, and we didn't need anything. The complete outside kitchen may have been our favorite feature.We plan on booking again!

The house is very spacious and has all that you could ever need. The pool area is fantastic. Great seating area for afternoon cocktails and loved the smoker for dinners. 10 out Elizabeth is very cordial and has thought of everything for the house. Thank for a great 3 weeks.

The host and the house were amazing overall. I’m not sure if there is anything they could do about the no see ums but they did have plenty of bug spray options to try to ward them off. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, that really set it apart. Only upgrades I would recommend would be better bedding on the master bed and a frame that actually fits the mattress. I would also put money at upgrading the master bath. Other than that it had all the amenities and the owners were very communicative and gracious when we had to leave in a hurry due to a family emergency. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful winter!

Home away from home!!!

We absolutely loved this home! We had everything we needed to cook either inside or at the magnificent outdoor kitchen!! Absolutely a dream come true! Lots to do at this home! We fished, played bags and swam in the in ground pool!! The weather could have been better but nothing the owners could do about that! Saw a manatee, lots of fish and lots of birds. Very close to Walmart and Publix. Would love to stay again!

Everything We Needed

Elizabeth was an excellent host - easy to communicate with always responsive in a timely manner. Her property is everything described and then some, spacious, comfortable, quiet and a beautiful view. Absolutely a great place to stay

We stayed here a few years ago and we loved it is why we wanted to stay again. The first time there was not a pool, this visit she had a pool put in and that made the stay even better. The pool was very nice and clean. The outside area is surrounded with all you need for outdoor cooking. Inside looks and feels like home and everything in the home supplied is not cheap and very good quality. I loved the double oven, made it nice for cook things at different temperatures and having everything ready at the same time. So much more I could mention, but will say if you choose this place to stay, you will want to stay again. Gerry D. Chasse

Wonderful Place

We loved staying here for the month of February. Beautiful home and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the pool and lanai area was the best! The lanai was a wonderful place to hang out and the pool was always warm. We saw a Manatee and her baby swim by in the canal. Would definitely stay there again. Elizabeth was always quick to respond to any questions we had.
