Location, Location, Location! This large, gorgeous, historic island home is located on Toledo Avenue, on the edge of the three-block downtown district. The home has an open kitchen, dining, and living space that was designed for entertaining. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers. It can accommodate up to 16 people. When it’s time to relax and kick back, The Queen Elizabeth House has a large, full-screened enclosed back porch that overlooks the National Park and Perry's Monument.

The space
Celebrating 55 Years! Originally launched in 1970 by Mary Sutphin, The Queen Elizabeth House was purchased by the current owners in late 2024 marking the 55th anniversary! The most recent updates included the addition of many new features including a newly renovated full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and massive granite island. Newly remodeled bathrooms, island, historic, and locally crafted décor, custom quad queen bunk room, games, high-speed enterprise WIFI, HBO Max, Netflix, and streaming YouTube TV service are among some of the upgrades. The Queen Elizabeth keeps the title of the nicest rental home on the island and best place for entertaining! It features a large open living room, dining room and game area. Fresh, clean linens and towels along with all bathroom, kitchen, and grilling essentials are provided for your stay. Come relax and know that you will have everything you need!

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire 2,200+ square foot house, the screened-in porch, gazebo, front yard, rear grilling and gravel lounge area with solostove bonfire, back yard, front patio, and front driveway with 2 spaces for vehicle and/or golf cart parking.

Other things to note
Downtown home with multiple views of Lake Erie and Perry's Monument. Nestled in the heart of downtown across from the Chamber of Commerce, you are in the middle of EVERYTHING! On one side is the monument and bathing beach, on the other, restaurants, bars & entertainment. No need for transportation. Located only 1 block from the Jet Express! Across from the Miller Ferry Bus Depot, and immediately next door to A&B Golf Cart Rental.

We welcome birthdays, small receptions, family reunions, small bachelor and bachelorette parties, friendly gatherings, and all family friendly events that follow ALL our rules. All parties and events must strictly follow the rules on maximum guest occupancy, quiet hours, safety, and must only include guests who are responsible adults respectful of the local laws, the house rules, our property, and our wonderful
neighbors. Please carefully review the house rules before booking!

*If you are looking to: throw a big party, have excessively loud music, very late night guests, have amplified sound, host more than the allowed # of guests, have non-staying guests, or there is a possibility that you or your guests can not or will not follow all our rules, local laws, noise ordinances, or quiet hours then please keep looking for other properties, as this is NOT the place for that type of party. - Thank you.

The Queen Elizabeth House is situated perfectly where guests can share the unique balance of being close to all the downtown action and excitement, yet also provide a quiet place when it is time to rest and relax. Quiet hours at the property are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
