This was perfect for a long weekend! It was just the right size for 3 of us, clean and the screened in porch was great for the evenings. We definitely would stay here again.

Mouse droppings, no hot water, no extra blankets, no blankets for pull out, heater doesn’t work (smelled and made us ill when we had it on). We had a terrible two nights of sleep at this place. Luckily we had family on the island that we could go wash up and shower at as well as get more blankets. We spent the first night freezing cold because of the accommodations. The owner was not responsive as they were out of the country. It was a night more. They forgot to turn on the hot water. When they did for the second night it only lasted 3 minutes. Do not stay here.

Second stay this summer

Stayed twice this summer. Overall nice place, not fancy but an enjoyable get a way. There is still some broken glass that needs cleaned up (it was there last time as well). Either didn’t receive or couldn’t get the door code (internet isn’t great on the island). Thankfully, the bar tender at Hazards was able to call and get it for us. Would add some extra linens for the couch and loft.

Disappointed

This was an old trailer in poor condition not a cottage. Loft bed was stained and smelled like urine as well. Would not let my 3 year old up there. Hot water only lasts 3 minutes so had to take cold showers. The water smelled unpleasant. Couch should have been replaced 10 years ago. Center sinks in. No wifi so the TV would not work. The photos of this place are very deceiving, neighbors are within 20 feet and it's a trailer park. Pool on the property was decent. 1/2 price for the week would still be overpriced The best part of our trip was deciding to leave 3 days early and getting a hotel.

Great place for a place to sleep

Quiet (as in not the hustle and bustle of PIB) would recommend for those who want a place to sleep and island hop. Downfall was check in time and having to make a reservation on ferry was there 2 hours early due to only reservation on ferry and still couldn’t check in until 4

Disappointing

The property was not very clean. The bathroom was gross- stained wall, rusted fixtures, no hot water, and 1 roll of toilet paper. We had 4 people and it was crowded, I can’t imagine 6. Thank goodness for the screened in porch so there was space to sit and eat. The dead bugs covering the windows windows made it look like it hadn’t been cleaned in several years. The neighbor vomiting outside our porch was the last straw. We left a day early. I had set my expectations low because i understood it was a trailer, but apparently not low enough.
