Many come to Mona Resort for the picturesque beauty, but what makes our trip truly meaningful was the genuune character of the staff. That was the true miracle; the human touch. Every single staff member from Bliss Hill to the Chalet to the front desk to the Bakery left an indelible mark on our family's ski lodge experience. Thank you.

Hotel was super old. We had ondol rooms with four mats. There was hair between the mats. Blankets had duvet covers but no sheets for the mats. The hallways were filthy and th balconies were falling apart. Thankfully we were stuck there only one night. I wonโ€™t stay here again.

Many lifts closed and facilities are not maintained completely; everywhere from rooms ac, to the rental equipment being cheap. Still it was a very nice area but Iโ€™d probably book another resort or hotel in the area next time.

Good sides: itโ€™s right in front of the ski slopes, which is amazing! Lots of eateries nearby, in the Tower Plaza. Discount for rental and ski pass. Staff very helpful, speaks good English! considerations: Chalet restaurant doesnโ€™t have many options, itโ€™s overpriced. Room temperature very slow adjustable, either too warm or too chilly. Rain shower doesnโ€™t work. Swimming pool closed. WiFi had problems. Shuttle bus doesnโ€™t follow the schedule and leave the guests behind. Very stressful to sort it out.

The room is quite new. Instead of carpeting, there is floor heating in the room, which is great. But there is no coffee (neither instant coffee or capsule coffee machine) and I found two drain flies in the bathroom!!!

Very convenient hotel as it even has a cvs on the lobby. Great sauna facility. The only downside might be the expensive coffee at the lobby cafe. overall my experience was great. Would go back there anytime.

Nice room, friendly staff. For the life of me, I never figured out how to work the bedside lamps or keep the bathroom light on. Maybe this is more about me than the room?! This hotel is best for people skiing at the resort. I had a meeting to attend at Alpensia. My options for transit were either a $12 cab ride or a brisk walk (maybe 1.6 km or so). The breakfast buffet is priced as one might expect at a resort, but there were a lot of options and I thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a convenience store off the lobby, which is nice for snacks.
