Staff are very friendly. Summer Park made me smile and laugh, like if I spend my day at beautiful park in the summer. And I hope military airplanes won’t bother her at night anymore. One big downside of a hotel. That so called city view is an exaggeration. It’s mainly highway view and view of Samsung semiconductor, DRAM plant for AI. If you like dystopian, sci-fi landscapes, it’s for you.

직원분들은 전부 친절하세요 아쉬운건 음식 퀄리티가 아쉬워요 뷔페가 한접시만 먹고 안먹었어요 폴라로이드 촬영해주셔서 사진찍어주시는 이벤트는 너무 좋았지만 음식을 충분히 여유있게 내놓는게 아니라 5.6조각씩 그릴메뉴 제공해서 따뜻하면서 맛있을줄 알았는데 미리해둔지 오래된 맛이고 양갈비 러버인데 제가 먹어본 호텔 양갈비스테이크중에 퀄리티가 꼴지입니다 양갈비잡내도 안잡혀잇구 마블링과 고기비율도 아쉬웠어요 대게 또한 마찬가지로 제일 맛없었어요 수분이 전혀없어서 반건조오징어느낌 식감여서 매우아쉬웠어요 같이 식사초대한 지인들에게 사과도 했어요 룸서비스치킨도 시켜보았는데 오버쿡되어서 탄곳이 매우많고 촉촉함제로여서 야식도 실패하고 디너뷔페도 실패 음식은 무조건 외부에서 식사하고 포장해오시는걸 추천드립니다 식당은 재방문의향은 전혀없구요 객실투숙시 커튼에서 먼지가 엄청나와요 마스크 착용하고 잠을청했습니다 하우스키핑 아쉽습니다 실망한포인트가 많았지만 직원분들 모두 200% 친절함을 갖추고 있습니다

조식 요금대비 그다지 .. 전체 직원들 친절하나 스위트룸(515호)사용했으나 구조 매우 불편. 러브호텔도 아니고 화장실+욕실과 옷장 구분하는 문 없이 개방형이라 매우매우 불편. 아무리 가족간이라도 화장실 욕실사용을 다 보이는 공간에?. 삼성전자 공사소리 불빛 고속도로 차량소리 방음 전혀 안돼 밤새 잠 못잠. 친절한 직원들 제외하곤 모두 수준 이하였음.

직원들도 친절하고 객실도 깨끗하고 좋았어요, 수영장은 별도 비용이 발생합니다. 조식도 괜찮았어요. 도로쪽 룸이 었는데 고속도로라 그런지 차량 달리는 소음이 있었고, 룸 천장에 있는 화재센서(?)가 계속 불빛을 반짝거려 잘때 조금 거슬렸어요.

가든뷰라더니 거의 정글뷰던데요

지하주차장이 없어서 짐을 들고 날라야했고(물론 제네시스로 데려다주시기는 했습니다만), 수영장이 지하에 너무 작고 좁았어요. 식음장이 로비에 세군데 뿐이라 너무 적어 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 오픈한지 2달 되었다는데 모든 게 깨끗해서 좋았어요
