There's a restaurant on site. WiFi is free in public spaces. Event space at this hotel measures 2260 square feet (210 square meters) and includes conference space. A roundtrip airport shuttle is free (available on request). The business-friendly Days Inn Frontier Qingdao Airport also features concierge services, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a front-desk safe.
Were unable to receive the benefit of the free airport shuttle due to staff telling us the van was broken only to find upon arrival that the van was working fine.
Disguising! Not a hotel for foreigners. Toenail clippings and hair over the room... just dirty and run down. Please itâs not worth the money. Pay to go somewhere a little nicer
2018 Update of the Hotel: I booked this hotel just to have somewhere to hangout during my layover of flights from the Qingdao Airport. I tried to call ahead to schedule a shuttle pick up once my flight landed but the front desk didn't speak English and hung up in my face. So once I landed I went to information desk at the airport and they called arranged for my pick up thank goodness. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was given a key card, the WiFi was unlocked and then went to my room. That was the problem. The room is moderately crapped, the AC does not work whatsoever, the bathroom and shower are all in one with a small curtain to split it and it was not very clean. The bed had stains on the pillowcases and just did not look nice overall. There were scratches on marks on the furniture and walls. I would only book here if this is the only thing left open.
You get what you pay for. It was a pretty dirty, old hotel and smelt strong of smoke. But for the price I paid, the staff was excellent. Kind, provided a shuttle, free Wi-Fi, tried their best to communicate with me. I felt safe and am very pleased with my stay. I knew what to expect for the price
Points forts : Service et personnel, confort de la chambre
Check in staff was kinda rude..morning checkout girl was great..even bought me an energy drink because the machine only took wepay ,that i as a traveling american didnt have, free shuttle to airport was nice...rooms are super small but you get what you pay for..id stay again if near the airport on a quick turn
Communication is hard since hotel staff barely speaks any English, initially said there were no rooms available when I called but I insisted that I already paid and I had confirmation from hotel.com. Air conditioning was very poor, the rooms (I booked 2 rooms) stayed hot all night, bathroom door in one room does not close and shower stall has no sliding door so the entire bathroom got wet when you shower. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though I booked non-smoking. Donât bother complaining, no one understands you anyway...
It was a very disappointing stay for 1 night at the hotel.
Despite repeated calls almost 3-4h before arrival to send a car/van for pickup, I was forced to wait for almost 1h at airport at 10.30pm. The staff can hardly understand any english. So, you need to take help of fellow passengers at airport to make them speak with hotel staff in chinese language to ask for pickup.
Room given was neat and clean and cannot complain about cleanliness.
I walked into the bathroom for a shower and there were no towels. I called up the reception to send towels and the receptionist didn't understand what towels are. I had to seek the help of a chinese friend at almost 11.15pm to call up the reception and explain what I meant by towels and then only, she arranged for towels.
Breakfast was typical chinese food but for the price I paid, I cannot expect a lavish western breakfast.
Hope they are able to improve upon their shortcomings.
