位於棧橋，屬於古老建築，但卻整理的很好，只是真的太冷了，暖氣很棒但熱水不太穩，另外因為房價比較便宜僅能住地下室，故會有霉味

Great location with a reasonable breakfast

The hotel is located along the coastline though not all the rooms have a view of it. It is near the music hall of Qingdao and Qingdao station. Qingdao old town is right behind the hotel and the nearest subway station is less than 1km away. The buffet breakfast is not fantastic but it is reasonable. One of the guests of the hotel was Dr Sun. Staff is helpful and fast.

Pros: The location is excellent for tourism. The hotel building itself is beautiful. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful. There were several members of the hotel staff that spoke enough English that communication was never a problem. Cons: The room appeared clean, however, underneath the beds was a large collection of dust. My room was a little warm and there was no way to cool it down (no a/c, fan, or window).

Nice hotel close to the beach, good sea view rooms, breakfast is great, room is big, convenient transportation, bus station is just out of the hotel, lots of taxi on the road, this is a famous place in Qingdao, many travelers comes from all over the world, people here are very nice, this is a very good place to stay.

오래된 호텔이지만 깔끔한편... 위치도 좋고 무료조식인데도 괜찮은편.. 그러나 밤에 화장실에서 냄새가 많이 올라왔음...ㅠ

青岛服务业好像普遍没什么耐心，在前台多问几句就不耐烦，礼貌用语也都不太用的。前台说免费帮我们升级房间，但升级完依然没有窗，倒是有一个神奇的假窗。早餐品种不算多但味道还不错，入住送果汁、啤酒、零食和水果。酒店门口就能看到栈桥，不过离地铁站有点远，交通不算方便。

이왕이면 지상에 있는 층으로 달라고 요청하는것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 같은 금액에 지하와 지상층의 방 차이는 너무 크더라구요. 위치도 너무 좋고 택시 기사분들이 전부 알고있는 호텔입니다. 아침 맛있고 서비스좋고 영어를 할 줄 아셔서 정말 다행이었습니다.

위치, 가성비 좋음

약간 올드.클래식한 느낌의 호텔입니다. 증축을 했는지 미로같은 독특한 느낌도 있네요. 생각보다 가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 위치도 바다. 잔교 바로 앞이라 괜찮았고 걸어서 성당까지 갈수도 있습니다. 화장실도 깔끔하고 전반적으로 올드하지만 깔끔한 느낌이었네요. 맛은 그닥이지만 조식도 줘서 좋았습니다.

向海景觀一流,步行去棧橋及海邊很方便

我住的是向海行政房.無敵海景,景觀一流,.兩張双人床舒適,打開窗吹海風,更勝泠氣.但早上６時有車聲,如關閉窗戶,可保寧靜.房間大,隔音好,一睡到天明.步行去棧橋及海邊很方便.wifi暢順.去其他景點,要打的或乘巴士.員工,清潔工友及前台全都非常有礼,值得一讚

・Nice view from the window side (窓側の部屋からは風景がよい) ・Smell of 1st floor is really toilet smell (１Fがトイレ臭い。本当に臭い) ・Receptionist understand only basic English (受付が英語があまり通じない。最低限しか通じない。) ・Check-in and -out is very slow (受付がかなりゆっくり）

This hotel service was really nice. Location is awesome nearby zhanqiao and beach. Friendly service. Clean room and well equiped facility. Not noisy. Reasonable price. But variable to floors n room size. Nice bath tube. I would like to come again if i visit qingdao next time. Better quality than its price. Highly Recommend.

Solides Hotel in Strandnähe. Perfekte Lage zum Erkunden der Altstadt und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z.B. zum Laoshan. Personal spricht für chinesische Verhältnisse zufriedenstellend englisch. Betten sehr hart. Frühstück eher chinesisch als kontinental, aber ok.

Why charge twice??

When I checked in, the hotel ask 300 yuan, but returned around 160 yuan. They said that the deducted 140 yuan is real room cost, and the payment through Expedia is deposit and will be returned. I do not understand why this policy is applied. I need to check whether the returning is done someday and it is big burden. Hope to be made one stop shopping.

地點很好，棧橋旁。離教堂、海邊及週邊景點都很近，吃飯喝咖啡，都很方便。服務的櫃檯人員，人員態度不錯，櫃檯人員，客房套房的空間很大，浴室也算乾淨。

先進的すぎない観光地の旧市街地がすべて徒歩圏で、この価格なら不満無し。ホテルの有料レストランでナマコも食べられてよかったです。
