Qualicum Landing Private Beach Home

Wake up to the sound of the sea and go for a stroll on the 500 feet of walk on waterfront minutes from your doorstep. Watch the sea lions playing in the bay and the eagles soaring above. Come back and enjoy your breakfast on the patio. Maybe if you are feeling energetic, a round of golf at one of the many nearby golf courses or perhaps a game of tennis at our onsite tennis/pickleball court. After you've worked up a sweat, join your neighbors in the oversized patio pool steps from our home. Read your book and relax or head out for an afternoon of exploring nearby Coombs Country Market and see the famous goats on the roof, or poke around the quaint town of Qualicum. Perhaps you like to go horseback riding or fishing or kayaking. If you're enjoying a winter getaway, Mt. Washington boasts fantastic conditions and less than an hours drive up island! While you're out, visit one of the local fishing docks to pick up your dinner if you didn't manage to catch your own! After cooking up a feast on the gas barbecue provided, take your beach towel and your nightcap and head over to one of the two outdoor hot tubs. You've earned the soak and it will relax you so you can come back home to play a game or two of scrabble or dominos with the family or take your marshmallows and cocoa down to the firepit on the beach to wind up the day. At Qualicum Landing, the possibilities are endless.

This home has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom upstairs with king bed; single over double bunk beds upstairs and Queen sized bed on main floor. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub upstairs and bathroom with shower downstairs. A large counter height table in dining room seats 8 and 4 more stools at the breakfast bar. We've tried to think of everything for you to enjoy your stay, right down to some games and puzzles for that treasured quality time with your family.

Please note that the pool and hot tubs are seasonal and open from mid-June to mid-September

A great place to stay in a great location
The property was above our expectations and very clean. The availability to have a fire pit on the property overlooking the straight was an unexpected bonus. The whole family really enjoyed their stay. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't open if we come back again we will come later in the year. Regards Bill

Sweet little house close to the beach
We enjoyed the home and the pool/hot tub. The layout is convenient for the 4 adults and 2 children who stayed. The house is fully equipped even though the ad said it didn’t have toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, or laundry pods, it actually does. However, some things were not working/broken such as the toaster, numerous lights (burnt out), and the TV remote. The most disappointing thing was that the beachfront is not useable. You have to drive to locate a sandy beach.

Beautiful Place
The property was amazing. There was everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was excellently stock and had everything we needed (and even many extras). The location was very nice. It was a little further out of Qualicum Beach then I anticipated but it was worth the extra driving.

This beach house met the needs of our family well. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook and relax, and visit the sights. It was quiet and lots of birds to enjoy. The owner took extra care to make this a beautiful space. We appreciated the main floor bedroom and shower.

Great lay out

A welcome home
A very comfortable 5 stars vacation home. It includes all if not, more than our expectation although the entrance gave us a bit of a hiccup as we tried to enter the emergency entrance which isn’t possible because there isn’t a sign anywhere to tell us of it when we first arrived. Overall, we enjoy our stay and will definitely recommend friends and family.
