On the coastal panoramic road that leads to Villasimius there is the beach of Marina di Capitana, the narrow beach characterized by a sea with a sandy and limpid bottom. Around, the hills covered with poplars, tamarisks and eucalyptus. Here stands the exclusive villa with swimming pool and direct access to the sea. Arranged on 3 levels, with no exposed beams on the ceiling, the villa houses 5 double bedrooms, 2 of which with en suite bathroom, 2 other bathrooms plus 1 service, kitchen equipped with all utensils, large living room with fireplace, laundry room , 4 parking spaces, large shaded patio, barbeque, solarium overlooking the sea and from which to enjoy a breathtaking view on which there is a fresh water heated jacuzzi with 5 hydromassage stations. The salt-water swimming pool has a real wellness program with 3 different whirlpools.
1 minute drive from restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy, 15 minutes from the center of Cagliari and 25 minutes from the beaches of Villasimius. Equipped with Wifi and TV with satellite dish. The whole villa is surrounded by the garden and walls high enough to guarantee total privacy.

This villa is perfect in every way and Valeria is the perfect host. Our family of five adults had the most amazing time here. The location is really good, on the beach, with fine sand and clear water. The sea is shallow near the shore. Access to the beach is easy, a few steps down, open the door and you are on the beach. The villa is a half hour drive from Cagliari airport. The villa is deceptively spacious and both the interior and exterior areas are well maintained. The photos and the description from the host are accurate. We loved the spacious pool and hot tub, also the ample living and sleeping areas. On our arrival, the fridge was well stocked by the host. There is nothing more you could wish for, everything is provided for the guests, including a 75-inch TV with all the viewing apps and great wi-fi. The villa is well designed and tastefully decorated, everything is of the highest quality. There is good parking within an electric gate, very useful as we had a car. This is the best villa I have rented and Valeria was extremely receptive and helpful throughout our stay.

An expensive villa but worth it, everyone had a great time

The property was perhaps a bit smaller than the photographs indicated, but it did not really matter, everything was very stylish. I was a splendid place to stay and all the family enjoyed it enormousely and made full use of the facilities, pool, hot tub, steam room, etc and being able to step outside the back door strait into the sea was special. The hot tub broke down on the first Sunday but Marc & Valarie arranged for an engineer to fix it first thing Monday morning. Everything was very well organised by Valarie.

Dream Days

Our stay in this splendid villa was one of complete relax. The facilities were perfect - there was everything we needed and more, the furniture was elegant and tasteful and all areas were perfectly clean. We appreciated how at our arrival we were shown a professional cleaning and disinfection certificate and how the host tried to immediatly make us feel at home. The pool is fantastic and equipped with a Jacuzzi, which we enjoyed surrounded by a wonderful landscape colored by a breathtaking sunset. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend this villa and would definitely stay again.

Very spacious Villa right on a beautiful beach with a fabulous pool

We had a great long weekend with wine, pizza, pool and sea. Did a great boat trip on Saturday and relaxed on Sunday. Valeria is sooooo helpful and organized everything we needed with ease (boat, restaurants and taxis). The only thing we would change is to hire a car because there is not much in walking distance. Villa is huge and very well stocked. Thank you!!

This villa is a little piece of paradise, the perfect scenario for a holiday of complete relax.

Its strongest selling points have been its direct access to the crystal clear sea, which is just a few steps away from the solarium, the complete privacy it offers and the luscious nature that surrounds it - also, its jacuzzi, which can hold as much as five people and the 3 whirlpools inside the saltwater pool have been a much appreciated addiction to our stay. There are no words to describe our host's helpfulness and his willingness to understand and satisfy our needs. During the entire holiday we have been spoiled and pampered, we can't wait to come back. Full marks!

Prefect vacation in perfect place

We stayed in this beautiful villa on the beach for 1 week in August 2019. Marco and Valeria are very kind, helpful and extremely hospitable. The villa is very nice designed and furnished, spatial with nice choice of vines in the basement. There are everything you need for perfect vacation with kids. It is exactly as shown here at the photos. The car is recommended to get to the supermarket but not obligatory as Valeria can easily arrange any transfer for reasonable price. We loved very much direct access to the fantastic turquoise sea (2-3 steps from the fence door) and the spectactular view over the sea from the terrace. Observing night sky from the terrace is also unforgettable. The villa is well situated for exploring south of Sardinia. A little shop with choice of essential goods (bread, eggs, milk, yogurts, vegetables, fruits, grocery, household goods) is opposite the villa on the territory of camping, just to cross the road behind the villa. This road leads to Villasimius and is busy but on the terrace you can only hear the sound of the sea. The kitchen is full equipped with a large refrigerator and an ice machine. Everything is very clean and tidy. The owners are very nice people and very helpful. We had some problems with our car and the owners helped us finding a local garage and they personally guided us. A very nice and helpful housekeeper is awailable if needed. We highly recommend this villa, and next time we go to South Corse we would like to stay here again.
