Wonderful villa with swimming pool by the sea

At 15 km from Cagliari, with the main services easily reachable nearby, Villa Le Caravelle is in the ideal position to offer you the tranquility and privacy of a private villa with direct access to the sea, the tourist attractions of Cagliari and the surrounding area and some of the most beautiful beaches of the south coast of Sardinia, reachable with a few minutes by car.

As soon as you enter the entrance gate there are 2 comfortable shady canopies for parking cars.
The house consists of 6 large bedrooms with bathroom, 4 on the ground floor (each with private bathroom) and 2 "suite" rooms on the first floor, which share hallway, bathroom and terrace / balcony with outdoor sitting area. The rooms are all equipped with TV, air conditioner / hot air converter, hairdryer, toiletries, sheets and towels.
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with dishes, 2 refrigerators, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 blenders, espresso machine. The dining room, attached to the kitchen, houses a large table, a closet / pantry and an adjacent independent bathroom.
Villa Le Caravelle also has 3 external verandas, 2 belonging to the central body of the house with tables, chairs and sofas, the other located at the bottom of the garden, where a playground is set up: you will find soccer and table tennis for your fun!
A laundry area completes the outdoor spaces, with a comfortable sink for washing clothes and costumes, washing machine, shower enclosed with hot and cold water, large drying rack.
Next to the laundry there is a barbecue, for your inevitable summer barbecues!
The wi-fi is free and present throughout the property.

The beautiful swimming pool is equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas; you will also find hammocks under the typical maritime pines. Mats, tubulars and other pool toys are also provided.
The maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out daily by our staff, who will carry out the necessary work (installation and withdrawal of cleaner robot, control and correction of water values) with the least possible disturbance for our guests. You can obviously (indeed, we ask for your help to) autonomously clean the pool with the special screen if excessive leaves and / or twigs fall during the day.
We ask for your collaboration in not handling the cleaning robot independently. In addition to being expensive, it is very heavy!

At the bottom of the garden there is the comfortable private access to the sea; the beach in front is pebbly, with a gentle slope to the sea. We also have kayaks and pedal boats available for our guests, and of course life jackets to have fun safely.

We want families with small children to stay at the Villa in peace and comfort; we have available for our baby guests cots with mattress and anti-suffocation pillow (for children up to 4 years), bath tub, seats for chairs, life jackets for children.

Animals are obviously welcome, we kindly ask you to inform us of their presence.
