We very much enjoyed our time in Quebec. The website listing described our house as being on the St. Lawrence River. That was true however, there was a large lot in front of our windows, so we were actually one block off the riverbank. That wasn't clear until we arrived.

Fabulous accommodation for a girls get away in Old Quebec. It was beautiful and spacious. We loved the location and a highlight was the terrace to enjoy the Saint Lawrence while we enjoyed a glass of wine before dinner. We would stay again!!!

The Royal Dalhousie St-Laurent penthouse is fabulous. Beautifully finished and outfitted, we had everything we needed for our stay. The primary bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed and a view of the park and river. The other two bedrooms and bathroom form a suite, which offers extra privacy. We relaxed in the living area enjoying the views of the St. Lawrence. The rooftop terrace was spectacular, overlooking the river in one direction and the Chateau Frontenac and upper town in the other. We were treated to front row seats for a fireworks display on the river! Genevieve, Liliane and Gregoire were very helpful and responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We especially enjoyed our visits with Gregoire and learning about the history of the warehouse conversion to these beautiful condos. On-site parking is a huge plus, and the location is very convenient to the city sites. I really can’t say enough about this property. We highly recommend it and would definitely return.

Spacious, historic, and beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views — I can’t recommend it enough! Perfectly located, with so much to explore on foot. The panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River and Old Québec are truly spectacular. This place is absolute perfection.⸻Spacieux, historique, magnifiquement aménagé, avec une vue à couper le souffle — je le recommande vivement! L’emplacement est idéal, avec une foule de choses à découvrir à pied. La vue panoramique sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent et le Vieux-Québec est tout simplement spectaculaire. Un lieu absolument parfait.

This is a charming, cozy, top-floor flat with a beautiful view of the river and park. The owners even surprised us with a lovely Christmas tree - it was very festive and comfortable for us and our 2 adult children. It's also a great location!

August Quebec Trip

Great location in lower Old Quebec. Pierre greeted us right away and took use to our condo. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Unit is across from pier, so it was easy to see cruise ships come in. Splash pad near pier was fun for the kids. Short walk to most of the sites, and the funicular to upper old Quebec. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Groceries about 20 min walk. Elevator was small but adequate. Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has basic items. It has a Kcup coffee maker. It has a rooftop deck which is wonderful to end the day with. We had a great time and the hosts were very helpful!

The Royal Dalhousie "oooh La La"

The Royal Dalohousie offerred us a lovely penthouse view of the Saint Lawrence River, A large living space and all the comforts one could ask for in a vacation home away from home. There is an elevator on the property which is nice since this penthouse apartment is on the 4th floor. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck and the parking that was available to guest (small fee but worth it). The management was great and very responsive. We highly recommend the Royal Dalhouise for your Quebec adventure.

This apartment is gorgeous. Comfortable beds, lovely decor and amazing view of the St. Lawrence River. Pierre gave us a full tour upon arrival along with recommendations for local eateries and things to do. Fireworks from the roof deck were captivating! We will return!

Amazing!

We had such a wonderful stay! My husband said that this was his favorite place we have ever stayed. The views were amazing, and the apartment was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. The location was ideal - close to Place Royale and the river, but not noisy. We also really enjoyed the splash pad across the street. The hosts were very helpful and gracious. Awesome stay.

Quebec City was magical!

Royal Dalhousie Penthouse Le Laurent was a wonderful property with easy access to everything in Old Quebec. The owners were terrific. The accommodations were spacious for six adults with a well-equipped kitchen, lovely seating area, a nice upstairs deck, and great views of the river. The only down-side for our group was the 'Jack and Jill' bathroom situation with the second and third bedrooms. Even with that we would definitely rent it again.

Amazing view, perfect location

Apartment is amazing with gorgeous views of the Saint Lawrence River. Pierre, who met us when we arrived, could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. The location of the building was perfect for seeing the city of Quebec.

So spacious and clean with stunning views.

This was a perfect location for my family of 4 and mother in law and Aunt. The two smaller rooms are connected with twin room with not as much privacy but it was a great layout for us. The living room is just massive and location was nestled close to the prettiest spots in Old Quebec. We hope to visit and stay again!

Beautiful loft in a prime location. Front row seat to watch the fireworks, which was an unexpected treat. Host was wonderful. Very helpful and went out of his way to make us comfortable and share information about Quebec City.

Royal Dalhousie is the perfect Quebec City flat!

Our stay at Royal Dalhousie was perfect! Easy communication with our hosts, the perfect location in the old city, amazing view and space. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the property before our trip ended.
