Burrendah offers 3 bedrooms on the lower level. Upstairs is a bright open plan living, kitchen area leading out to a sunny outdoor entertaining area with gas weber BBQ and outdoor setting to enjoy those delightful summers nights.

The property also includes: Microwave, dishwasher, split system air conditioning in the lounge room, washing machine, new flat screen TV, stereo, outdoor shower and step over the sand dunes to enjoy wide expanse of great swimming/kid safe beach.

With the walking track at the end of the driveway, you will be at the beach within seconds. This property is pet friendly, however please note the property is not fenced. Great property for a much sought-after holiday escape for the whole family.

Please note due to the architectural design of the stairs this property may not be suitable for young children. Please contact Kerleys Coastal Holidays if you wish to discuss.

Please note: Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired for an additional fee.

Easter Stay at Burrendah

We loved this property - it's quirky and interesting and met all our needs - the property is in a great location with direct beach access via a track and if you head to the top of the house it has amazing 360 degree views A couple of bits of feedback - wifi would be good and perhaps another queen size bed without the bunk on top would be better suit two families or couples -we will definitly book again

Happy beach holiday

Access to the beach was fantastic, and the beach was great for what we wanted. Access to the town was also very easy. The property was a bit dusty and had some cobwebs in the corners. The beds were pretty awful - the bunk bed was super rickety and the mattresses were either too hard or too soft.

So close to lovely beach . We loved the lookout from the top level too . We stayed during a heat wave and bedrooms needed fans, but there was aircon in the main living area . Would have expected linen to be included with the cost .

Great Beach Access.

This properties ii a great location with direct beach acess to a dog friendly beach. There are lots of stairs in the house. It is difficult to access the roof top -via ladder and trap door. There is no wi-fi or hair dryer. The house is comfortable.

Disappointed guest

The house is nice and in a good location if you rather be a little bit out of main town. We chose this thinking it would be quieter but this wasn’t the case as there is a school camp behind the house. Though we don’t have any objection to children having fun and laughing as adults, the noise prevented our two infants travelling with us the quiet to sleep during their nap time. We would like to point out the stairs were not safe due to insufficient railings for the toddler on the stairs. The house itself was very dusty causing hay fever and allergies and in need of a deep cleaning (ceiling fans, rugs on couches, carpet and filters on kitchen range hood). Credit where credit is due, the beds were comfortable, the view was great and overall our family had a nice stay enjoying each other’s company. Thank you and I hope my feedback is taken into consideration for future guests.

Interesting beach house in a good location.

Wonderful view from the viewing platform at the top. Nice and close to beach, you will fall asleep to the sound of waves at night. Would be a great vacation house for a family, as the bedrooms are close together, and on one level.

Immediately relaxing in fantastic location

Even though it was a short stay, we immediately felt comfortable and relaxed so could make the most of the holiday. The house and setting are wonderful, only a few steps to the beach was such a treat as well as a stunning view from the rooftop. We'd love to come back. Thank you!

Quirky House

A good house just a little quirky. Views from the balcony and roof were nice. We rented during winter which I found the property wasn’t appropriately heated. The portable oil heaters worked well though and the air conditioner/heater in the main area was sufficient at keeping the place warm, however this should be upgraded and additional units for the bedrooms. A good spot close to a dog friendly beach.

Brilliant house near the beach

This was a brilliant property for us as it was so close to the beach with a relaxing living area. Bedrooms were a little small to have more than 1 family and could have done with a double bed in the 2nd room to accomodate this. Was great that we could have out dog, but we need to tether him as there was no fence, so perhas a fence for the backyard might help that. Overall loved it!

Lovely escape to a quirky abode

We loved our getaway to Queenscliff. Staying within walking distance to the beach is such a benefit with kids where you don't have to get the car packed with beach gear and all sandy. The outside shower was great in being able to rinse off before heading inside but it would be nicer if there was a hot water option. The observation deck is cool but not really a place to hang out. This space is quite tricky to navigate as there is a steep ladder which leads you to a skylight that needs to be pushed open to access the lading space. The rest of the house is cozy, inviting and functional although not great for little ones as there is no bath and lots of stairs. Our kids are 6, 10 and 12 so was perfect for us. We would love to return one day to see how we go in the summer. Thanks heaps, would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, quirky design of house. In need of a deep clean in the kitchen including the cupboards and oven, replacement of numerous chipped and cracked crockery, cleaning covers of couches, cleaning windows, repairing broken heater in bathroom, replacement of missing and broken lights, leaking roof and general maintenance.

Character and style near the beautiful ocean

A great place for a short peaceful getaway; so close to the beach- a quick walk down a mysterious track and you are there! The house is comfortable and bright and airy.

Lovely beach house

This quirky, very comfortable and well equipped is home situated with water on both sides, so you can hear the waves, and if you go to the very top there are lovely views all around. The three bedrooms are all situated on the ground floor and we found all the beds very comfortable. These holiday cottages can be cold in winter, but this one has very effective heaters, so it felt cosy and warm. We really enjoyed our stay and exploring the area. Thank you!

Authentic beach house experience. Well located for relaxing holiday. Expect an idiosyncratic house with a worn out setup and some noisy neighbors but next door to beautiful beach setting.
