The home is packed with amenities for a memorable holiday including a sauna, spa pool, gym, billiards table, dartboard, ping pong table, pinball machine, bar and outdoor fireplace. VIEWS:
Castle Cliff Lodge has been built on a large section positioned perfectly with the most incredible 270-degree views. The panorama encompasses the famous Remarkable mountain range, Bayonet Peak, Cecil Peak, Walter Peak and Bobâs Peak. This is a brilliant, elevated location looking down Lake Wakatipu towards Kingston and up towards Glenorchy.
LOCATION:
Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Castle Cliff Lodge provides guests with a luxurious and peaceful getaway. Downtown Queenstown is a convenient four-minute drive away or a scenic 25-minute walk. Guests are also just an eight-minute drive from the International Airport and for winter guests, Coronet Peak ski field is an easy 23-minute drive away.
STYLE:
High ceilings and skylights add to the grand feeling of this home. Castle Cliff Lodge has undergone extensive renovations, completed in May 2021. The new kitchen and bathrooms have been done to a very high standard, and the home has been beautifully styled and furnished with thoughtful touches throughout. The tasteful and luxuriously appointed interiors have been furnished in collaboration with well known designer Trace Beaumont-Orr of Décor Design, Taupo, and the kitchen and bathroom spaces designed by Auckland designer Jenny Harris of Design Front.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
The six bedrooms are spread out over three levels, have been tastefully decorated and all have luxury linens. The four bathrooms have premium toiletries, hair dryers, and heated towel rails. There is also a guest toilet downstairs by the games room.
Master bedroom on the upper level has amazing mountain and lake views, desk, sofa, Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, ensuite with shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also on the upper level, both have built-in wardrobes, mountain and lake views and share a bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a secret `Treehouse` for the children. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on the middle level and share a bathroom with shower. Bedroom 6 has mountain and lake views, desk, built-in wardrobe, and ensuite with shower.

LIVING AREAS:
This generously sized home has more than enough space for guests to spread out. There are two living rooms on the main level of the home, one with an open log fireplace and the other with a log burner. Both have doors opening out to the fabulous outdoor living areas. The front room has large picture-windows for guests to admire the spectacular lake and mountain views, and the second living room has a convenient study nook with desk and a TV area. On the lower level of the home is a sauna room and an impressive games room with a bar, billiards table, dart board, pinball machine, and media area with 90â Smart TV, surround sound and lounge seating. This area has large sliding doors opening to the lawn and separate gym with bike, bench and weights.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS:
Guests will love the multiple outdoor living spaces. The large lake-facing balcony will surely impress with its never-ending views and there is a sheltered area at the back with an outdoor fireplace, dining table for 12 and BBQ. Indulge in your own private spa pool for the perfect aprĂšs ski while gazing out to the gorgeous mountains. The games room on the lower level opens out to a large flat lawn, which is wonderful for children to be able to run around.
RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of 15% GST, spa pool valet, premium linen and for a maximum of 12 guests. A departure clean fee of NZ$595 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a service clean. Minimum 3 night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods.
The friendly team from Relax It`s Done will be available on call during your stay for special requests and assistance if needed. We can provide full concierge services - perfect for local knowledge, insights on the hidden gems and to make your holiday hassle free.

- A standard exit clean fee is included in your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
- Castle Cliff Lodge is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held, unless prior arrangements are confirmed with your property manager. (Events fee and terms & conditions apply).
- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am as per Resource Consent.
- We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken.
