Easy to check in/out without even meeting anyone. Staff were extremely helpful and quick to reply when contacted through the app. My one issue would be that the property is marketed as apartments when in reality a lot of their rooms are just hotel style rooms. You pay a premium for an apartment but then are unable to cook food in your unit.
Clean room. I found communication from expedia hard to navigate. It was scary not finding the room code that easy. I had to ask for help from 2 strangers to find the information in my phone.
