The Space

A four-bedroom home set over two levels, on Frankton Road between Frankton and central Queenstown. The living areas look out to uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables.

The layout flows from large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, then sunroom with lake and mountain views, then two bedrooms on ground floor, then two bedrooms on upper floor, then bathroom and laundry facilities located on ground floor.

Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, each with one Queen bed.

Bathrooms: 2.5 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have standing showers.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, and smart TV

Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas oven, 4-burner gas cooktop, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge/freezer.

Stairs: Internal staircase between ground floor and upper level. 14

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
