This warm & cosy 3 level home is positioned in a beautiful garden setting, with stunning 180-degree views out over the lake and surrounding mountains. These are best enjoyed at dusk while soaking in the hot tub, tucked away in the front garden.

Newly renovated, and fully equipped this home away from home is modern & stylish with all the comforts you need for your winter getaway or summer retreat.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite and every room has spectacular views.
The space
The kitchen is equipped with brand new modern appliances and the 3 bedrooms feature luxurious bedding to make you feel just at home. The Villa is located down a quiet culdesac that allows you to get away from the noise & bustle of the busy town. You'll be surrounded by a gorgeuos garden giving you privacy & peace for a relaxing getaway.

Breath taking views

The view was amazing, just like the pictures. The spa was fantastic and watching the sunset was the icing on top. The house was warm. It had everything you needed. Liked the keyless entry keypad, it made it easier for us to come and go as we please. Be mindful: There are 60 steps from the bottom garage to the top (these became the stairs of doom). It would have been nice to have access to Netflix or SkySport or even free to air tv, as we couldn’t log into our accounts from overseas.There are more stairs inside the house to get to the bedrooms and the floor boards were creaking. The other rooms were quite small. The toilets had to be flushed more than once, which was odd.

Great house and breathtaking views!!!

What a great 3 bedroom house... and the views. AMAZING! So many times I found myself sitting in the hot tub just getting taken away with the views. 3 average sized bedrooms all with ensuite. Fantastic kitchen stocked with some basics. Laundry with washer, dryer and detergents fully stocked. Due to the amazing view, this house does come with some conditions. This house is located on the side of a hill with two access points. Lower level garage is the safest way to access (but you have to climb 50 steps to get up to the house). Upper level driveway takes you to the front door but is VERY steep and whilst you can park there, you have to be careful in winter as it does become slippery. If you have a 4x4, as we did, you should be fine. Not a turn off but you just have to be aware in case you have anyone staying with even a slight mobility issue. All in all a fantastic stay and even with the steps and driveway, it is well worth it in my opinion for that view. Also the caretakers were very attentive. We had a minor issue with the hot tub which was rectified within a few hours. Thank you Colleen.

Amazing property!

The house was incredible! The views were spectacular! I had never been to Queenstown before and was wondering if the house could be as impressive as the photos with those views! It lived up to the expectations and more. Plenty of space, the spa was amazing, the kitchen was well stocked and we couldn’t fault it. The beds super comfy too. I highly recommend it for 3 couples or a family. The 3 bathrooms were great!!

Queenstown Stay

Our stay at this property was wonderful - not only were the facilities excellent and very well supplied with everything we’d ever need, but the views alone make it worthwhile! The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating, and communication was great. We will definitely be recommending to others, and encouraging them to seek out the stunning views, from inside the house, or indulge in them from the spa. Thanks so much!

Stunning views

Breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Very well equipped kitchen. We appreciate when there are spices and oils so you don't have to purchase when you are only going to need a small amount. Hosts were very accommodating with special requests. The only thing is to know that when you park at the garage, it's 60 steps up to the house. There is an upper driveway but very steep.

Spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom property with amazing views...

As per the website, spacious, and the views so captivating.. But... accessibilty to the property was not mentioned on the website., the 41 steps intercepted by short pathways from the arrival point at the garage below. It was not an easy transition with luggage. (Information about step access was supplied to us in the instructions received with the key code a few days before our arrival). We are thankful the metal joints in our group were still working well, but would not liked to arrive with an elderly or limited family member. Accessibility aside, we loved our 5 day stay, all slept well, and never tired of the view. Thank you for accommodating us.

House for 3 couples

We had intended to walk the Milford Track but it wasn't fully open so we cancelled and found this house which was 100 times better than a DOC hut!! 3 couples shared it and we enjoyed local walks including Roys Peak instead. One comment from the group was insufficient pegs, many unusable! A couple more oven baking dishes would have been good too for when we ate in house! But overall was excellent, the view was breathtaking. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

We loved our time in this home! đŸ˜łâ€ïžIncredibly beautiful view lovely Jacuzzi and Scandinavian Decor. We had a rental car which made it easy to drive around. And you can walk to town but it would be a good 20 minute hike with Hills one way One of our favorite things was renting electric assisted bikes out to Arrow town and Gibson winery through Charge about near the Hilton hotel❀❀ We loved the garden that was filled with hydrangeas and lavender!

Loved loved loved it !

The photos don’t do this place justice ! Simply beautiful views and terrific for a group who want time together in the spacious living areas or time apart in the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen has all you need. Beds comfy. Very clean and nicely renovated. It is a little hilly in Wakatipu Heights but what would you expect? The location makes up for it ! A good walk into town - about 10 minutes - and a good workout on the way home. We would recommend this home as one of the best HomeAways we’ve stayed in. A ++

Marathon retreat :)

Perfect for 3 couple, except we drew the short straw and got the 2 singles ;) The spa and view were awesome and the coffee machine sealed the deal, soooo good, be sure to take espresso ground coffee! The stairs were a little hard after the marathon but were actually probably good in hindsight - would deff stay again. House clean, tidy, spacious and the view breath taking!
