The house comes with free Wifi and Netflix.
Ideal for a groups, Panoramic is located on Queenstown Hill, 3 minutes by car or a 20-25 minutes stroll downhill to the town centre.

Guest access is via a lockbox that is located onsite. You will be sent the access information 3 days out from your arrival.

We are available on call between 8am and 9pm to assist you with any issues you have during your stay. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay at Panoramic.

Panoramic is located in a private, quiet residential neighbourhood. Please note that council bylaws restrict outside noise between 10pm and 8am (therefore the spa is not allowed to be used after 10pm)

Panoramic is about a 25 minute walk to downtown Queenstown or less than a 5 minute drive by car. An Uber will cost $15-20 from town.
The walk back is up a couple of steep hills so reasonable fitness required

- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability please inquire 48 hours prior to your arrival.
- Cleaning services are available during your stay for an additional cost. Contact us and we can organize this for you.

Note
- Spa is open daily 8:00am until 10:00pm only (council bylaw)
- We can provide a complimentary cot and highchair for children under 2 years old - please advise at the time of booking.
- There is a 1 bedroom apartment underneath the main house. Please be aware that there is some noise transfer and therefore we request that you keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am in the kitchen area.
- The spa is checked and serviced twice per week.
