Kyle, Rasmas, and Amber all did a great job. Room was spacious, had good coffee, fabulous Dyson hairdryer, good bed, nice seating, great shower, double sinks, and loads of shelves and space to put your stuff.

Another great stay at QT Queenstown from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by the friendly reception staff and given the usual hotel run through. The staff organised a drink for us as we arrived just as happy hour was ending. Our room had lake views with a small balcony over the carpark. The room was good size for a couple with 2 suitcases each. There was a small lounge and coffee table in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure was great. Both the room, bathroom and hotel spaces were clean and tidy. The location of the hotel itself is convenient and a short walk to the main Queenstown hub. Although you can no longer take the short cut through the old Rydges hotel (at this time) so the walk back is up an incline. Overall, great hotel with great staff in a great location.

Lovely views from the room, the staff were great, we loved the daily drinks, coffee and snacks in the lobby and the rooms were perfect - good size, very clean and modern and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.
