Won’t be going back.
This hotel is convenient to Queenstown airport, but the positives stop there.
If you arrive after 5:00pm there are no front desk staff so you have to call a call center to give you access. For us this involved multiple calls, a hard to hear person, no privacy as there were multiple people waiting in the entrance to do the same thing, and a lock box that had all the keys for all the rooms for all the guests coming in after hours. So not very secure.
Although we did not book it, we were assigned an accessible room. The layout of the room was such that you felt you were sleeping in a kitchen. The view from the bed was a microwave, sink etc.
The bathroom had a tiny sink with little room for toiletries and a cheap rolling rack to put things in.
This is not an expensive place to stay but that doesn’t excuse poor design and cheap furniture/accessories.
Needless to stay we won’t be going back. There are other options in the same convenient location to try next time.
