False advertising

We booked this unit based on several amenities that were listed as included. We wanted 2 King beds and definitely wanted aircon. The second bedroom had 2 single beds that were bolted to the wall so having a King bed in that room wasnt possible although our itinerary stated 2 King beds. There was no aircon and this was a high priority for us when we booked. After complaining to Hotels.com the provider sent someone to the unit who advised that the aircon didnt work, he arrived back with a pedestal fan on the last night of our 3 night stay. The first 2 nights were unbearably hot due to no aircon and nobody could get to sleep. The provider was well aware that there was no air conditioning but continues to falsely advertise that the unit does have it. Communication was very very poor, the phone number provided had a message stating the messagebank was full, emails were not answered until Hotels.com got involved. Anyone staying in this unit expecting 2 King beds and Aircon is in for the same shock that we got.

Apartment 614 was a convenient place for us to stay for a week in Queenstown. It was easily walkable to the main centre. It was clean and tidy.
