**Inside the Main House**

The main house features an open-concept ground floor encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas, seamlessly flowing onto the pool deck through sliding glass doors. A master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, along with a second bedroom with two double beds and an en-suite bath, are also located on this level, offering direct access to the refreshing pool.

Ascend the external staircase to the second floor and be greeted by a spacious lanai, perfect for relaxation and al fresco dining. This level also houses a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, a full bathroom, and two additional king bedrooms, including a master suite with an en-suite bath. All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort, while the social areas embrace the tropical ambiance with open-air design.

**The Private Guesthouse (Casita)**

Just steps from the main house, the private guesthouse provides two additional bedrooms and 1.5 baths, offering enhanced privacy and flexibility for larger groups.

**Outdoor Oasis**

Immerse yourself in the lush rainforest surroundings from the expansive downstairs terrace. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the large pool with its playful dolphin mosaic, unwind in the integrated hot tub, or take a revitalizing outdoor shower. The terrace is also equipped with a gas BBQ and teak furniture, creating the perfect setting for outdoor dining and entertaining.

On-Site Housekeeper (Monday–Saturday)
The property has a professional housekeeper on-site Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The housekeeper is present for routine cleaning, laundry, and property operations. Guests should expect staff presence on the property during these hours.
Privacy is always respected.

**Location and Amenities**

Casa Bamboo is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus stop, restaurants, shops, spas, a gym, and more. Enjoy the convenience of daily housekeeping (except Sundays), including laundry service, as well as regular pool and grounds maintenance. Concierge services are available to assist with airport transfers, chef services, tours, and other arrangements.

**Important Information**

A minimum age requirement of 25 years applies for the primary guest. A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required. Quite hours are strictly enforced from 9 pm to 9 am. Please note that the property is open-air, except for the air-conditioned bedrooms. For security, a camera monitors the driveway and front entrance.

"House Rules"
1. A signed and fully completed rental agreement (with names and ages) with photo ID is required within 24 hours of booking. Person signing and staying must be at least 25 yrs old. No unregistered guest (must be on rental agreement) at any time.

2. $500 Security Deposit Hold is required. A $37 one-time Admin fee is included with all bookings. Quiet hrs. strictly enforced from 8pm-6am.

3. Guests are responsible for locking all doors/windows in the villa when they are absent - safeguarding its contents, including guests' personal items.

4. I understand that because Costa Rica is a developing nation and can have torrential rainstorms during rainy season, sometimes you will lose power. This is not unusual. Although it does not happen often, when it does it could be a few minutes or a couple of hours. Do not be alarmed. There are emergency flashlights around the house for your use, and you can contact your concierge if you have any questions. No refunds are given for acts of God.

5. I understand that the home is open air except for the bedrooms which have AC. The AC is fitted for the bedrooms only so the bedroom doors should never be left open. Additionally, the AC should not be left running while no one is in the room.

6. Third party travel insurance is required to cover any cancellations outside of our cancellation policy.

7. No pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties or events

8. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

9. Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 10AM.

Important Notice About Local Wildlife and Insects

Our property is located in a natural setting, which means guests may encounter insects (such as ants, mosquitoes, or spiders) and possibly wildlife (including snakes, lizards, or other native animals). We take precautions to minimize such encounters, but interactions with local flora and fauna are part of the experience.
