This place was excellent. From check-in to check-out our experience was positive. Breakfast included and was more than could be expected. The grounds are beautiful and extremely well-kept. Staff were more than helpful. Pool was beautiful and comfortable. There wasn't anything that could have been improved.

This place is amazing! The beautiful jungle like vegetation that lines all the pathways to secluded rooms is absolutely magnificent. The rooms are beautiful and private. We are close to the national park and public transportation is quite simple and easily accessible. As seniors it cost us $.82 American to board the bus. The staff here are absolutely friendly, welcoming, and working hard to make sure that you enjoy your stay. We luxuriated by the pool side and enjoyed dipping into the clean water of the pool for a refreshing pause. Several staff members went above and beyond! Yami at the front desk, greeted us warmly and was helpful in obtaining our daily passes needed for the national parks. Her friendly warm face was always there when we returned or needed her assistance with anything. Alessandro, Alandra and Andrés These two people were great attentive servers in the dining area. Whether it was breakfast or dinner or simply a drink, they were pleasant, efficient, and always eager to make sure we were comfortable. They answered several questions for us and are clearly genuinely interested in making your stay better. I can’t see returning to Manuel Antonio, without returning to the Falls Resort!

Tropical paradise off a main road. Gardens were beautiful, pool was lovely and refreshing. All areas well kept. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Had one evening meal which was delicious. Room was large with plenty of toiletries. Staff were very friendly.

We had a lovely room, yet this was after another room was give to us. We asked to change, many of the rooms are very dark and a bit gloomy but it's such a shady resort this isn't surprising. The food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. I felt the pool was too small for the size of resort, we didn't manage to secure a sunbed the whole time we were there. Again shady and I would prefer a sunnier spot for a swim. On the whole a lovely resort, much to like. I just personally prefer a little more light and sunnier spots.

Beautiful resort to spend time with family. Vegetarian dinner options were limited at La Casa restaurant and kind of expensive (nevertheless, you have a lot of restaurants outside at La Fortuna, but everything else in the resort was very nice and awesome! Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, resort is clean, pools, hot springs were great! Excellent resort!! FIVE STARS! We went in December 2025!

Great location that offered easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Staff was helpful in navigating local activities. Booking activities through the hotel was convenient and well-managed (Manuel Antonio tour, local farm tour, etc.). We really enjoyed the food at the restaurant, which was well-priced and convenient. Nice pool area. One minor concerns with the room -- our room had a full side of windows, and only offered large curtains. This created some security concerns and I wish we had blinds.
