Lake Front Relaxing- HOT TUB-TINY Cabin

Come out to Lake Tawakoni and enjoy some relaxing fun in a tiny home. 311 feet of water frontage and TWO piers. The lake offers world class fishing and water sport opportunities only 30 minutes from Rockwall and 55 minutes from downtown Dallas. Whether you enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, axe throwing, corn hole or just kicking back in a hammock this property has it all plus more. The Lake Tawakoni area offers several things to do: fishing tournaments, golf course, and Lake Tawakoni State Park with hiking.

The kitchen will have all cooking essentials. We provide, eating utensils, cooking utensils, pots and pans, Keurig style coffee maker, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, casserole pans, cutting boards, kitchen knifes, tea pitcher and serving platters. We also provide salt and pepper, powder french vanilla creamer, sugar and coffee. The refrigerator has one Tupperware of ice and ice in the ice trays as well.

For spring, summer and fall jet skis, pontoons or ski boat are available for rent. Hosts do live on the same property. The hot tub is located in the large gazebo located down by the water. We allow for privacy for our guests when they us the hot tub. We enjoy sharing this beautiful lake with all of our guests. You may see us coming or going to and from work etc. We are here to help or assist if wanted as much or as little as you would like. We do have 2 dogs Molly (goldendoodle) and Max(poodle). They spend majority of their time indoors.

So fun!!

This cabin was so cute and relaxing. Everything was clean and the host provided just about anything you could need
 shampoo/ Conditioner, cooking utensils, coffee. There was also many things to do outside and the lake was beautiful. We loved spending time in the hot tub as well as going fishing. We had such a fun time staying here and have already talked about going back!

Extremely disappointed!

Call arrival we were extremely disappointed at the overall home upkeep of the specific cabin we had rented upon entering, and as in ringing air things, and we started to notice very disturbing, dirty unacceptable, gross conditions like cobwebs on the chandelier, which led to a mishmash of bugs and creatures on the ceiling the bathroom tile and bathroom were extremely dirty as if they had not been clean And we walk down to the lake which is beautiful but nothing really to do and there was no hot tub on site that we could locate. We immediately reached out to VRBO and I’ve now demanded a full refund as we had to leave and rebook another hotel close by. The mattress on the bed was severely stained, and there was no key as had been described hanging by the door for us to be able to come and go without worrying about our objects being taken. The futon was really in need of repair and it was severely stained top to bottom and the bottom line is it just did not meet expectations and I did not feel comfortable staying there due to the lack of organization and very dirty and unkempt space

No hot tub

It was nice and clean. Great views and peaceful. But I was really looking forward to sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set. I also never received any communication from the owners.

2 day vacation during the weekdays

Our stay at this property was very relaxing and quiet. The cabin was cozy and just the right size for a couple. The accessibility to the lake and two piers was great for fishing and kayaking. The hosts were friendly and live on the property. This is a good location.
