The villa, that is a few kilometers away from Gallipoli, has a breathtaking view on the bay with the old sighting tower. Moreover, the independent villa is in a privileged and unique position and it`s framed by a lush garden enriched by Mediterranean scrub.

The accessories of Villa Miramare make it unique: the woderful swimming pool with view on the sea, the beautiful garden which is the connection to the coast and the Ionian sea, the big porch. By the swimming pool there are a lovely furnished gazebo with outdoor lounge, the solarium with design beach beds and a comfortable outdoor shower. The blue background heartens the guests who dream a holiday by the sea in Salento, with modern comforts and privacy.
The porch
around the villa is like a balcony overlooking the sea, the ideal area
if you want to relax or have lunch or dinner, cooked on the barbecue,
under the Apulian starry sky. In addition to the table and chairs, the
porch with wooden covering is furnished with sofas where the guests can
read a book or simply relax. The villa is entirely fenced and it has a garage ideal for a car in the property.

The rooms of the villa and the outbuilding: a comfortable stay
The
refined furniture was chosen with attention to details and everything
was imagined to offer comfort to the guests of Villa Miramare. The villa
opens into the living room with big glass doors that make this open space bright. This area is divided into a sitting area with tv and sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for 2 guests, and the dining room, with access to the well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher. Moreover, in this area of the villa there is a broom closet with  washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms:
a double bedroom, a double bedroom with additional single bed, a double
bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with French size bed, ideal
for an adult or two children. Moreover, there are two bathrooms with
shower. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.

The surroundings of Villa Miramare in Torre Suda
The
seafront Villa Miramare is in Torre Suda, the ideal position that
allows the guests to discover the whole Salento. It`s close to Gallipoli, which is a short drive away and Torre San Giovanni, famous for its golden sandy beaches. The closest beaches are Lido Pizzo, 5 kilometers away and Punta della Suina, 7 kilometers away. The villa is 200 meters away from the centre of Torre Suda and 50 meters away from Lido Mahja, that is a cafè, restaurant and beach establishment, just like Lido Solatio, 100 meters away. Both establishments are also open at night.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
