2-room attic apartment with lake view just 150 meters from Lake Constance

Our bright and modern two-room vacation apartment is located in a very quiet area right next to Mettnaupark in Radolfzell, just about 150 meters from Lake Constance. The apartment is situated in one of the region’s most exclusive residential areas, nestled within the nature reserve—ideal for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, and active vacationers. Radolfzell’s downtown area and the train station, which houses the tourist information office, are approximately 1.6 kilometers away and can be easily reached via an idyllic walking and biking path right along the lake.

The apartment was completely renovated in July 2019 and furnished with high-quality new furniture, a modern built-in kitchen, and elegant hardwood floors. It is bright, welcoming, and offers plenty of comfort. The approximately 5 m² east-facing balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun or simply relaxing. Garden furniture and a lounge chair are provided.

The bedroom features a comfortable Schlaraffia box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe, and a dresser. The room can be separated from the living area by a sliding door. Bed linens, down comforters and pillows, as well as towels, are included in the price; we’re happy to provide hypoallergenic bedding upon request.

The bright, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and also offers a hair dryer, toilet paper, and facial tissues. The new, compact built-in kitchen features a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and silverware—everything you need for a relaxing stay.

In the living area, a high-quality sofa bed (160 x 200 cm, with a mattress topper) invites you to relax. A flat-screen TV and a radio provide entertainment. Fly screens and blackout curtains in the rooms offer additional comfort. For families, we’re happy to provide a crib and a high chair upon request.
