Beacon Villa is a very comfortable home. Cozy Fireplace in living room with comfy leather power recliners.‼️ Excellent area near Wake Med. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beautiful home. All bedrooms are upstairs. SMART TV’s in every bedroom, streaming in select rooms. Charcoal grill & Outdoor propane fire pit with comfy outdoor chairs. (We do not supply propane gas) 3 night minimum stay. NO SMOKING inside home. Side patio is for smoking.
Prefer messaging on App. Available if needed.
Sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. All streets have lights. Shopping center located behind the community. We were made aware of a nightclub in the shopping center so the potential for noise in the area has increased.

You want all guests to feel very cozy during their stay at Beacon Villa. Feel right at home. And enjoy Our 1300 sqft home. Comfortable feeling of a cozy villa. Ceiling fans in every room. Bedrooms are cozy and have smart TV’s. Enjoy logging into your account and streaming! Cook your favorite meal in the full kitchen. Gas Fireplace in the living room. Outdoor fire pit with comfortable patio chairs. Please see instructions to operate fire place and gas fire pit. Please keep outdoor furniture covered when not in use to protect from the elements.
