The Comfort Suites experience was great. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very quiet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

Frontdesk didn't want to allow early check-in claiming the hotel was full, yet the parking lot was not even a fourth full. The smell if cigarettes & marijuana overtook the whole first floor/basment as well a horrible mildew smell in the hallway before the pool area. The breakfast was served cold & not enough for the amount of guests who did eat. The room was full of fruit flies & the mini fridgecdid not work. I was asked to give a debit card even though the room was pre paid through a third party site, & I was charged $1 for no reason.

No Service dogs allowed on upper floors!

It was awful! We have a service dog Hotel stayed pet friendly. I booked a Jr. suite which had 500 sq ft compared to a standard king room with 336 sq ft. All pets/service animals are only petmityec I. The basement none on the upper floors. C/S was rude! Paid for a jr suite and got a standard not happy at all. Was supposed to be a romantic getaway with my husband.
