Conveniently located near RDU and the bedding is clean, but unfortunately, the stay was far from restful. The bed squeaked with even the slightest movement, keeping me awake throughout the night. I woke up feeling exhausted. Additionally, the room had a slight unpleasant odor of cleaning supplies mixed with stale, unventilated air.

Not perfect but good for a night or two

Nice staff and large room with fridge, couch microwave, sink, and king bed. Though clean, place is a little rough around the edges and could use some spiffing up. The bad part was trying to find it. It was very hard to find in the dark. Street you need to turn on to finally get to it was pitch black- no streetlight or hotel sign. I didn’t know I had made it until I was 50’ from the entrance.

Musty, needs updating, one elevator that seem to be on its last legs, one icemaker, which was downstairs on the first floor. We were on the fourth, and there were no icemakers. The pool had been broken from what I understand for months with no end in sight of having it fixed and housekeeping came in every three days. Other than that, the front desk were amazing people very sweet very nice very helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good. The room was roomy but, it looked like someone had used the other bed so I avoided it. The room or the air conditioner gave off an odd odor. There was no direction on how to use the tv and it wasn't easy to figure out even with front desk help. The smoking area outside was right near the front door so you couldn't walk by without smelling like smoke. The front desk staff were helpful in arranging rides to and from the airport. I will say again, the bed was comfy!
