• Dogs welcome (must be crated if left alone)
• Exterior security cameras for safety (no indoor cameras)
1. No smoking inside the property. No smoking in the patio. Smoking is allowed in the backyard.
2. No parties or events without preapproval.
3. Only pets allowed are dogs. Must be in a crate if left alone in the property.
4. No unregistered guests.
5. No loud noise past 9PM.
6. Check out is at 10:00am on date of departure / reservation end. Late check out can be requested ahead of time however no guarantees are made for approval as this is dependent on other reservations. A fee of $50/hour will be charged for guests who do not check out / leave property in time if they have not requested and been approved ahead of time for late check out.
7. Trash day is on Thursday. Please take the garage bins and recycling bins to the curb in the front of the property. A $50 fee will be charged if trash bins are not taken out as full bins affects the next guest.
8. No firearms inside the house.
