The lack of staff motivation was clearly noticeable. Guests were not greeted properly, when greeted, the response was mumbled and disengaged. Behind the reception desk, staff were frequently using their phones, and overall the service at the front desk felt very passive and inattentive. Electrics were down one whole afternoon/night and on Sunday morning false fire alarm on early morning. At breakfast, coffee and milk were out on several mornings, seemingly waiting for guests to inform the staff rather than proactively monitoring and replenishing them. Overall, this was a negative hotel experience compared to other hotels within the same chain.

Do Not Stay Here! There are no refrigerators, and no microwaves in the rooms. The room I stayed in had no working AC or heat. Our door knob was broken, which looked like someone had kicked the door in at one point. The door was also installed improperly, which left a large crack between the door and frame that allowed any passing stranger to see into our room. The room was not very clean, and the front desk lady was extremely rude and borderline condescending. I tried to be optimistic, but everything that could go wrong, went wrong. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
