Very responsive owner and suppler convenient location

House is centrally located and just as described. The owner was very responsive to our questions and gave us access after checkout to grab something we forgot. We had a comfortable stay with our two boys helping us to transition during a move so our kids could finish out the school year. We would definitely recommend the property to anyone coming through the triangle area!

5 Stars We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—quick responses and very helpful. Wedding trip

The house was very clean and had all amenities needed. The only issue we had was that there were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms. We were staying there for a family wedding and the lack of mirrors was a bit of a problem.

Good Quality, Poor Upkeep

The overall location, bedroom sizes, and listing are good and accurate. It is an easy neighborhood to commute in and out of and great proximity to all the desired attractions. The house is in need of a through look through from the property manager. Everything felt as if the home had not been quality checked in a while. As examples: There we're seven differed burned out light bulbs that were noticed. All of the trash bags were either too large or too small for their respective containers. The kitchen appliances and cooking utensils were all low quality. One bathroom towel rack fell off the wall because it was installed upside down.

Wonderful house

We had 2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 college students stay here for Duke graduation. About a 20 minute drive to campus but convenient to the airport. Nice safe neighborhood. Wonderful house. Good communication. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, centrally located home!

My stay with friends and family was great! The house was very comfortable for our large group and was within 10-15 minutes distance from many grocery stores and tourist areas. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking supplies which was a plus. Neighborhood was safe, quiet, and calm! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect “Home Away from Home”

This property is fantastic for a family getaway. It’s close to food and grocery, it’s in a well kept and quiet neighborhood, and the house itself is updated and modern. Will definitely book again if I’m in the area.

Satisfied with my experience

The rental was clean, it checked most of my boxes, so I rented the property. It was in a nice neighborhood, centrally located for our purpose. Everyone who stayed here was happy with everything except the heating in the rooms was somewhat uneven but easily overcome.

It’s worth all the hype!

After some difficult ABNB experiences, I had no idea how this rental would measure up. I could not have been more happy with everything! The garbage disposal didn’t work, and it was fixed within an hour of contacting. Very, very responsive to our needs!

Fantastic

We were in town for a swim meet. The house was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. The girls swam some of their best times and we truly feel like it was because they were so comfortable and able to relax in this fabulous house.

My family stayed in this house for a weekend trip to Raleigh. The neighborhood was very quiet. My little girls really enjoyed the playground. The property owner was very quick to respond when we needed anything. The beds were super comfy!

Perfect house for our group of 5!

Played in the Senior State Pickleball Tournament at Cary Tennis park. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. Very nice house, clean, nice neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Would definitely stay again.
