Welcome to our spacious and stylish Cary, NC home! A space perfect for families visiting for weddings, graduations, sporting events & more! The home is fresh, clean, luxuriously furnished, and even has a yoga studio! There is an attached screened in patio for warm summer nights, and has direct Greenway Trail access.

The best part is the central location! 10 mins to RDU, 15 mins to NC State/PNC Arena/Umstead Park/Lake Crabtree, 20 mins to UNC/Duke, downtown Raleigh/ Durham/Cary, and Jordan Lake.

The spacious home features:

The home has one master bedroom (with a king bed), and three other bedrooms on the second floor (one king, two queen beds). The upper level also has two full bathrooms - one with a tub! The main level has a half bathroom, the only one on this level. Additionally, the home is quite accessible for mobility-impaired guests.

Guest access
The house is equipped with a keyless entry. You will be issued a personal code that expires upon checkout. Just enter the home and relax after your long journey. Please let me know if you want me to meet you upon arrival!

Guests have access to the entire house and property. Parking is available in the driveway and garage (maximum of 4 cars). There is no street parking in this community.

Other things to note
This home is owner-managed and cleaned with care. We respond fast, live locally, and make deep and meaningful connections with our guests while giving you all the privacy you desire.

No smoking in the home. If you wish to smoke please so outside. As per Wake County short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7:00 am. $500 fine for any evidence of smoking, parties, or pets in the home.

The property was as described, lots of modern updates added or in process. Always felt the host was available and checked in to see if all was meeting expectations. Centrally located to airport and our nephews wedding festivities in downtown Cary. We also enjoyed the the various food venues, Duke University and the Sarah P. Duke gardens. Would book this property again.

The home was centrally located, it only took us 5 minutes or less to get to local stores and restaurants. The home was clean and well furnished with modern amenities. FABULOUS HOME IN CARY/MORRISVILLE NC

This home had everything our family needed for a spacious and comfortable stay! The four upstairs bedrooms were clean and cozy, and the extra room was a great bonus — ideal for a child's porta-crib or even a workout space. The location was convenient, with easy access to shopping, highways, and nearby community parks where the kids loved playing. Overall, it was the perfect home for our family getaway!

Cute home

Cute home located in safe neighborhood. Ryan responded very quickly to any questions regarding the home Easy entry and exit with little requirements. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. All bedrooms are located up stairs. Coffee pot worked, had plenty of dishes for stay at home meals. Backyard was clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend for family vacation.

Clean cozy and comfortable

This home was PERFECT for our family as we celebrated our son’s wedding! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and unwind from the planning and preparation. Beautiful living area to spend time together, quiet and safe neighborhood . Took a nice walk on the Greenway walkway. Close to stores . Ryan is a very attentive host . You won’t be disappointed with this place. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and plenty of space

We had a wedding in the area and this was the perfect home for our stay! The home was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our family. The beds were also super comfy. My daughter and I enjoyed walking the greenway through this lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend this beautiful home - you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic property!

My family loved staying at this property in Cary while we were in town for a graduation. First and foremost, Ryan is INCREDIBLY communicative and was super helpful throughout our stay. The property is very spacious, allowing our entire family to have the comfort of their room while also giving us space to spend time together playing games or sitting on the back patio. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe the entirety of our stay. Definitely choose this property if you’re in the area!
