The airport shuttle service at this hotel is extremely inconvenient. They only run the shuttle once every hour, which is not practical at all for travelers. To make matters worse, they only have one shuttle, and it is dedicated to Southwest Airlines first. We ended up waiting over 45 minutes at the airport for a ride, even though the hotel is just an 8-minute drive away. This is simply absurd. If you need to rely on the shuttle, I would not recommend booking this hotel.

I would have given 5 stars for everything but the air conditioning was terrible the entire weekend. I did not report it the first day, but I did the second. The room temperature was 70 degrees although I had the thermostat set on 60 degrees. That morning, I was informed that the system went out. Staff should have notified every one of the troubles because I could have checked out to go home that night instead of waking up in sweat the following morning. The best thing is that I was rewarded points for a one-night free stay.

Amazing!! Must stay when you’re in Raleigh

We came for one night with our kids and won’t stay anywhere else when we visit Raleigh. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, close to shops and the airport. On the rooftop you could see planes taking off but never heard a thing inside. The room itself was really clean. The bedding was amazing, loved the soaps and other products in the room. So so good.

Another great stay here! The hotel was in the middle of having the carpets professionally cleaned, but that didn’t bother me! If anything, it put a great image in my mind about the hotel’s mindfulness of keeping the property in great shape! The rooftop reception was great as well! Really enjoyed that! Will return again soon!

One night stay for a family

My family of 4 traveled to the area to attend a concert. The hotel was in new condition from the lobby to the room. My daughter ate at one of the restaurants and enjoyed it. The only issues were that the pool was not heated and our check-in was delayed because my husband’s name was not on the reservation that I made. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
