Located two blocks from Main street, we are walking distance to shops, restaurants and the public boat launch at Rangeley Lake Park with tennis courts, playground and swimming beach. We are only 9 miles to the base of Saddleback Mountain and use our drive in-out garage for your sled/atv because we are on the local access route for snowmobile and ATV riders to hit the trails right from home. When you return, relax with a movie in our home theatre! We also have a dedicated work space off the living room if you need to get some work done.
Located in Rangeley, enjoy everything our 4-bedroom home has to offer. This enchanting Victorian features a variety of sleeping options. On the main floor there is a bedroom addition featuring its own entrance and plenty of privacy. This bedroom has a king bed as well as a full size loft bed and sofa bed. There is a Roku TV and Bose surround system, making this the perfect room for two or a second living room to send the kids to watch a movie! Upstairs are three bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The first bedroom is very large and features a queen sleigh bed and closet, full dresser and TV. The second bedroom upstairs has two full size sleigh beds and double closets. The third bedroom has a full bed, closet and small dresser. Located off the queen bedroom is a large home theatre with recliner seating for eight, a large screen TV and surround sound. Perfect after a long day on the lake or after hitting the slopes. Our home also has a full washer and dryer located in the basement that is accessed just off the dining area.
