South Branch Condo 15-2 is a cute and cozy ski-in/ski-out retreat located right on Saddleback Mountain, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your mountain getaway. With direct access to the slopes, you're also just a short walk from the main lodge, where you'll find a great pub-style restaurant, gift shop, and other on-mountain amenities. When you're ready to explore beyond the mountain, downtown Rangeley is only a quick drive away with its local gym, restaurants, and charming shops.

This second-floor condo features stunning views overlooking Saddleback Lake, providing a beautiful backdrop to your stay. Inside, the living room offers a cozy place to unwind after a day outdoors, complete with a fireplace, a collection of family-friendly DVDs and books, and comfortable seating for relaxing evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, and added conveniences like a washer and dryer and hair dryer help make your stay seamless. A ski locker located in the basement (under Building 17) provides secure, easy storage for your gear, so you can spend more time enjoying the mountain and less time worrying about logistics.

Location: South Branch Way branches off from the access road just before reaching the Saddleback Base Lodge. 7.7 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.7 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 0.4 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.

My stay at Saddleback Mountain South Branch Condo was excellent. My condo overlooked a lake with a beautiful view of the mountains. Nearby amenities such as hiking/biking or fishing on the lake in Rangeley was great !!! The staff at Morton & Furbish were very professional, with willingness to always answer my questions, in regard to with my long-term stay. I would highly recommend a rental with Morton & Furbish Real Estate and Vacation Rentals.

Views Ahoy

Wonderful, clean, tidy and comfortable spot to explore the greater Rangeley area. The reference material provided by the host was really helpful in beginning our explorations of the area. The views of Saddleback Pond and the distant mountains are gorgeous when the clouds lift. The stars shine bright in the evening. Because there is plenty of privacy in the bedroom, you can leave the shades open and watch the changes. When the clouds are in residence, you feel like you are living amongst them. The pub is within walking distance if you don't feel like driving anywhere. The only drawback is that it's an 8-9 mile drive down the hill into Rangeley. A small price to pay for all the other benefits. We had a happy 4 days here even though it was drizzly or overcast for 3 of them.

Great Views

Place was great, Had been shut up for awhile, so very stuff, and toilets had a ring in bowl, should have been wiped clean before arrival. Suggest to let guest know that there is no fans in bedrooms(other then ceiling fans) for summer stays, no way to open windows in bedroom, no screens, this is a handicap place, so bathroom shower made for handicap people, everything is very low. Fire detector beeped entire time in basement, tried to change out , batteries on site were dead as well. Overall good place, amazing views, fully stocked kitchen, but internet is very very slow. Would not have been wanting to have to work while there.

Perfect Ski Getaway!

We had an amazing ski weekend getaway in Saddleback! The South Branch condo was coy and very well appointed. Everything was there that we needed and the ski in / ski out location was very desirable! This was made even more perfect by the amazing team at Morton & Furbish. The condo was exceptionally clean and the team provided all the information we needed ahead of time (and then some). We also had a few quick questions that they responded to immediately - we felt so cared for! Traveling with the kiddos can be overwhelming, but Morton & Furbish made it not only simple, but simply perfect! We cannot wait to get back!

The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The condo was very clean. The ski in/ski out is great! South Branch Condos are a little small - I wouldn't have more than 4 people or it would feel cramped. Beautiful views!

A wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Saddleback! The South Branch condo was perfect for our small group and was a convenient ski in ski out location. The staff at Morton & Furbish were beyond helpful and accommodating. We already can't wait for our next trip back!
