Lovely little place in nowhere Texas. Will be returning soon for another get away weekend. Some of the roads to the property are quite steep and unpaved, not a negative just something to be aware of.

I was able to keep my son and his friend off devices and any electronics for three solid days. Due to no Internet and just being one with nature And our main reason for the visit which was also extremely amazing and was only a short distance away Palo Pinto Mountains State Park, open beginning 2024. Stunning! Got to check it out and this is the place to stay!

tiny homes are new to me so I didn't know what to expect. We wanted to go someplace out of the metroplex to see the stars on a moonless night. The interior was attractive, efficient and kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Beds were comfortable. Everything was arranged so we didn't have to step around furniture. There was a fire pit outside with four chairs. The drive up the gravel road presented no problems. We saw roadrunners and jackrabbits and a lot of hawks and buzzards. We will return again on another moonless cloudless night.

First tiny house experience and we enjoyed it. Only issue we had were the walls being dirty (possibly previous AC leak) and that the grass burrs will eat you, if you get off the main parking area. These two issues would not stop us from renting again, and we have all intentions to try and do so when we have a little more time to relax and fish. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

A night out in the wilderness

It was the best nights sleep! Out in the dark and able to see stars and hear the coyotes. Enjoyed everything about our stay. Only issue for anyone driving a car is don’t bring one that is low to the ground. Overall a wonderful time.

A Quiet Time Away

It was exactly what I was looking for! A remote place away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I am in the process of writing a book and just needed to be by myself. The tiny house was awesome with the best view ever!! I took a walk everyday and enjoyed the rolling hills and woods. The tiny home was perfect for two people and had some beautiful views. We enjoyed the privacy and wish we would have more time to walk around the property and explore more. Finding the place was a challenge but the host helped get us on track to the instructions provided.
