I stayed all weekend and rhey never filled the towels for the pool area not once. Yet we couldnt bring our towels down feom the room. It was not fun walking SO far back our rooms freezing sopping wet. And my mother stayed in separate room and upon arrival there qas a dude sleeping in their bed in their roo.

Lobby smelled like smoke, airport shuttle is only one way,no return shuttle provided. Worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel due to teenagers and guests running up and down the halls all night long. Could not sleep at all. Will never stay here again.

It was an odd experience, since there was a rolling blackout in Rapid City when we first arrived and there was no electricity in the hotel. The person at the front desk accommodated us with some special keys that would allow us to get to our rooms (it was still daylight out) because she had no computer or systems to work with. After a few hours of waiting for the power to come back on, we were just about ready to leave when the lights came back. So we stayed. Then reality hit. This is an old hotel. The rooms were clean, but the decor is quite dated if that's important to you. The staff did give us free meal tickets to use at an adjacent restaurant for breakfast, which wasn't normally a part of our stay, so that was much appreciated. The fitness room also was a mixed bag. Some aging equipment and a stepper machine that simply didn't work. So I guess I would rate the hotel as sufficient, but average.

Room was ok . But bathroom was bad . Who designed a sink to the edge of toilet. Sink right into your side when you sit down. Fan doesn't work ceiling water stains. Out dated.

While we stayed here for my daughters birthday weekend, the pool was COLD and while my kids love swimming, it was overall unenjoyable, the slides weren’t working and there was human poop in the pool (have pictures) also our tv was scratchy and had no service (have pictures also) for almost all of our stay, the front desk was callling my personal phone at 1 am (which I was asleep and didn’t see until the next day) also have a screenshot of that. I think if you’re paying hundreds of dollars for a 2 night stay, the overall experience and quality should be better or ATLEAST worth your money.
