Floor was dirty and no a/c working had to beg for a portable fan. No other rooms supposedly available Had to call down for towels only a wash rag in room shower didn’t want to work ( took 10 min for water to come out and at first it was black ) the fire alarm went off for burnt popcorn on mobile microwave in hallway and none of our room lights worked but bathroom

Dirty hallway, dirty towel left in bathroom, door frame came out of wall, extremely noisy air conditioner, elevater felt like it would fall down with huge drops, stsined bedding, rude desk staff with no concept of customer service, mold in corners of bathroom, toilet rocked when you sat down. This was thexwirst hotel ever!

Awful stay, disgustingly dirty, and needs major up

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. It was rock hard. The carpet was disgustingly filthy. When we used the elevator, it made this horrible clunking sound, and actually before we left, it wasn’t working at all. So we had to schlep our luggage down the stairs. The whole place should have been refurbished about 20 years ago. We booked a room for two people, but were given only one set of towels. We asked for another set, and they said that they’d send it up. However, my husband had to go down the next morning to get another set of towels. Very, very disappointed in the hotel.

We didnt actually stay here. They were understaffed and the front desk clerk was very kind. She got hollered at by a disgruntled gentleman who went to 3 rooms that were dirty. We opted to not stay there. She said she couldnt refund us due to us booking with a 3rd party. Then Expedia said the couldnt refund us without talking to the hotel that they conveniently couldnt contact. Save your money and just book through the hotel, Expedia is a joke. We couldve been refunded at the desk if it wasnt for Expedia.

Black Hills trip

A quick overnight stop between visits to Badlands, Mt. Rushmore and Crazy horse and then heading to Devils Tower. Great location that is very close to the city park and trail system.

The hotel did not have our reservation. I had 2 email confirmations and an email stating the room was paid in full. I’m not sure if that is on them or Expedia as it was paid in full upfront. They did have one suite available for one night which we stay as we had no other choice at 8 pm. Room dirty. Staff very unhelpful. I hope I get my initial monies returned

This property was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Mind you my checkin-check out, happened within 5 minutes. When initially checking in the front desk manager was rude. She asked me if I had a dog and I told her no. She then told me that was the room that I reserved. I told her I could cancel that one and make another reservation with a different room, when she then stated “ There’s no refund for cancellations!” I was trying to make it easier for her and less difficult if that would help. She ended up finding a room (room 126) located at the end of the hallway on the way to the lounge. When I get to the room it was an absolute nightmare. I always check hotel beds for bed bugs and this time it was no different. When I lifted up the sheet, it was pure disgust. What look to be a large blood stain (pictured below) was on the bed. Alongside blood spatter on the wall and door frame heading into the bathroom. Peep hole had duct tape and paper stuffed in it, for security? Along with duct tape along the bottom of the door headed to the neighboring room? The hotel was in a rough condition with window screens visibly off windows and rested against the building and bad overgrowth of weeds. To end my stay I walked up and said, “ I’m going to keep this short and sweet. I know I just checked in but I’m checking out. I would like to show you images of the room before I contact corporate offices and post them to Google.” She got upset and I said okay, smiled and walked away

Had to wait to get into room till 5 pm because they weren’t clean yet. no toilet paper in rooms , tv didn’t work. Stair case on one of the exists was broke of you couldn’t use it at all. Mold in the ceiling of the bathroom. Their was broken windows screens hanging on the second story of the motel. Garage all over the steps going in to motel. Do not stay here.
