The room was ok, but the floor was dirty. It needed to be vacuumed. The couch had stains and sticky handprints on it. When I pulled the couch out for a bed it was dirty with crumbs. No bedding. Went to front desk they were out of blankets and pillows. The shower water never did get warm to my liking. The hotel would be beautiful and luxurious like I think it's meant to be if had better upkeep.

The staff there were very helpful and friendly. I paid in advance through Expedia and for whatever reason Fairfield didn't have the payment on their end. I showed the receipt I received through Expedia, they made and gave me my key cards and said not to worry about it, get some rest and they'll contact Expedia and take care of it. When I got to the room it was spotless and cozy with a welcome message on the television screen. I will definitely be staying with them again.
