Spacious rooms.

The room was clean and a nice size. We needed a few extra pillows but they were completely out. Given that these are suites and all have pull out sofas (which you need to request linens etc. for), it is surprising that they had run out. Which we did not need the kitchenette, there were no pots, pans, plates, utensils and no note about where to get them. With a cooktop and full fridge, I expect those things to be there or at least directions to procure them clearly noted.

We stayed for 3 nights, rooms were decent but the floor was very dirty. Room service was not available, asked several times for new towels and an extra blanket but we did not receive anything we asked for. Tons of kids running around the hallway all through the night and people cooking smelly food with their doors open so it stunk up the hallways. Very shady people in and out of the lobby and parking lot. Putting green had no green so we were unable to practice putting.

We booked this hotel for 6 nights. Paid a pretty penny for what we thought would be a nice, clean, quiet suite. After arriving to our suite, we started unpacking and looking around our room. Half of the items that were advertised to be in the room, were not. The microwave was missing. The dishwasher was broken. No silver ware was available in the kitchen. We didn’t even have a garbage can. After about 30 min of walking around the room, unpacking, I sat down and noticed the bottoms of my feet were black. The hardwood floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. I placed a maintenance request with the front desk, listing the missing items, cleanliness, etc. The next day, nothing had been corrected yet. My husband flagged down an employee in the hallway that evening, and by the next morning, we had a microwave and silverware. Both were filthy and I had to hand wash everything. This hotel only offers housekeeping if your request it. Otherwise, they stated to place dirty towels outside your sore, and fresh ones would be left in a basket outside of your door. We did this, left for the day, and when we returned, the dirty towels were gone, but no clean ones left in their place. The following morning, I stopped at the front desk to request housekeeping service. We left again for the day, and when we returned to the room, all they had done was make the beds. Counters still filthy. Floors still filthy. And still NO Towels.

The hotel was ok. The towels were old and scratchy. Barely any dishes or glasses. Furniture very uncomfortable. Staff nice. Wouldn’t come back. Overpriced for quality.

This hotel was a good location off I90 with plenty of parking. Hotel was clean but our shower handle was broken and body wash container empty. We had a 1st floor room and could hear kids running around above us constantly. We asked for a different room but could not be accommodated. Someone came to fix shower but wasn’t able so we had to work with the temperature we could get. Just not great.
