There was some remodeling going on that made the hotel dusty in the entrance and first floor hall areas. Also the elevator was down for a while to lay new flooring. Overall it was not a bad hotel and the stay was tolerable. The female front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was a 2.5 out of 5.

Even though property was going through a renovation it was clean, quiet and staff was beyond amazing and very friendly

Property is nice, but challenged. Pool was unheated. Printing facilities (i.e. boarding passes) were not available to agent, although manager confirmed on checkout. Many utensils and kitchen items missing (can opener, frying pan, some bowls, other glassware, etc.). Hope property is better following remodel.

Decent property

The staff is wonderful at this property! The breakfast was good. Our room had been remodeled but the sofa in living room looked very old and used and had a terrible smell! The sink in the bathroom and kitchen drained so slow; you couldn't let the water run very long without fear off it overflowing. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. We've stayed here a few times and I prefer the 2 room suite over the 1 room suite.

Good but could use a few changes

The hotel was clean and quite nice. They are renovating the 2nd floor but were open about that. No major construction was done to be disturbing. Our room was small and quaint but comfortable. The stove, full size fridge and dishwasher was fantastic to have. The only issues I have is when we arrived there were several people smoking weed and cigarettes right outside the front door. I had my infant son so walking into that was less than pleasant. It occurred multiple times. I hope in the future they ask those who smoke to do it somewhere else and not the main entrance. We also had to call in a domestic dispute as a couple was drunk/high and the woman was screaming bloody murder. It was right outside our room in the parking lot so pretty scary but staff took care of it right away. Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay. Just needs some minor changes. Breakfasts were good as well.
