The parking lot was pitch black and you could not see, to the point of being unsafe. The door was not latched so I was able to push it open. There was hair all over in the shower.

Pool was already closed for the season. The rooms were dirty and not properly cleaned. The bed frames were filthy and full of dirt. Business center computer didn’t work. Wifi wasn’t very good if your room was in bldg far away from front desk. Staff was at least nice and accommodating when issues came up. For the price of room $65+taxes US I think next time we’ll pay the extra $20-$30 and stay at a cleaner hotel.

Paint pealing off wall in bathroom. Jacuzzi tub did not work and never asked for one. So you have to crawl over for shower. No power in bathroom on the plugins. No drain stopper in sink. Free breakfast was the worst!

Good location, mostly clean, but has problems.

Bathtub drain was plugged so water from shower wouldn't drain out leaving standing water in tub. There was Only a window-type AC unit in room that was located next to ceiling and impossible to reach without climbing up on the bed and it was filthy. The bed was comfortable and clean and the room was clean. The bathroom window had no curtain so anyone passing by could see inside while you were showering. The hotel consists of 4 or more separate rows of buildings all located on a hillside. It appears to be owned or operated by people from India. The room balcony overlooks the Culvers drive through window. I did not see a pool. The hotel is located on the south side of Rapid City on the road to Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse monuments.

This was a horrible place to stay. Upon entering the room, found leaves all over the floor. In the bathroom there were several live spiders. One I washed down the sink and several others from the window and the bathtub. These spiders had webs built with other dead bugs in the webs. Nasty towels, dried and discolored found thrown in a corner behind the trash can. Dirt and pieces of candy found under window air unit. The Chairs on our “BALCONY” room, had holes in them that made it impossible to sit on. Our phone had a busy tone that never went away, could even use it in an emergency. Very dirty place. When I complained, I was told since I rebooked it, there was nothing they could do. A major rip off. Don’t book.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner filter was filthy so we did not use it. The door did not shut tight so we had noise from that..but it was a cheaper hotel so you get what you pay for, we didnt spend much time in the room so it worked.

The property is very dirty, guests were partying in the parking lot on fri and sat night, making others uncomfortable to go outside. Staff was willing to remedy, but they would have to do deep cleaning to make it better. Absolutely no place to potty a dog.
