The apartment is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room with an open plan kitchen, a laundry closet; on the first floor we find a beautiful bedroom with typical Tuscan beams, a bathroom with shower, a bookcase with fireplace space and a large terrace that has an independent entrance (ie you can access the first floor without going through the ground floor). The apartment has 5 beds: two in the bedroom, one in the library space near the terrace and another two on the ground floor on the sofa bed.
