Amazing home in Labin - Rabac

The beautiful Villa Adriana Ravni, furnished in typical Istrian style, is located near the valley of the river Rasa. Built next to the nearby forest, guests can enjoy long walks or simply enjoy the view from the balcony, terrace or pool.

Villa Adriana Ravni can accommodate a total of 4 + 2 guests. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, while the 2 sofa beds provide additional sleeping space. The ground floor consists of a traditional and fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area and a bathroom. A bedroom and a bathroom are located on the first floor. On the second floor is the other bedroom with two single beds and sofa beds. Outside the villa you will find a covered terrace with a dining area and barbecue where you can prepare traditional dishes. There you can also relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the Istrian sun :)Villa Adriana Ravni is located in Raa, which is only 10 kilometres away from Rabac. This is an ideal destination for those seeking peace and relaxation.

The town of Raa was named after the river that flows in this area. One of the town's sights is certainly the Church of St Barbara, who is also the protector of miners. Mining has a long tradition here and the inhabitants are still active in mining today.

Explore the small town, sit down in one of the cafés on the main square and be sure to try some of the Istrian specialities.

For active holidaymakers and nature lovers, we recommend the "Bella Vista" trail. The path is suitable for pleasant cycling or hiking. From the path you have a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay and the islands and on a clear day you can even see Italy!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit grandioser Aussicht. Die Villa liegt sehr abgelegen, nach Labin braucht man gute 25 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Küchenausstattung dürfte nach unserem Geschmack etwas üppiger sein. Wer selbst kocht oder grillt, kommt sehr schnell an seine Grenzen. Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend - der Pool wird zweimal pro Woche gereinigt und ist tiptop. Alles in Allem haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa verbracht.

ein rundum tolles Haus, alles extrem sauber, toll gelegen, klasse Aussicht aufs Meer in absoluter Ruhe da keine Nachbarn in direkter Nähe. Man kann hier die Seele baumeln lassen. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Minuten und es gibt dort auch ein Strandabschnitt für Hunde was für uns mit unserem Hund klasse war. Bei Unklarheiten kann man jederzeit mit der Besitzerin Kontakt aufnehmen, sie ist bei alle Fragen bemüht Antworten zu finden, wir wurden super freundlich begrüßt sowie verabschiedet. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, tolles sauberes Haus/ Grundstück, klasse Aussicht, Kurze Wege zum Strand -jedoch mit Auto sowie absolute Ruhe.. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
