Cozy cottage with pool in the small village of Zartinj, near Labin.



It welcomes its guests in a quiet location with private houses and villas and is ideally suited for a family vacation. Thanks to air conditioning, you can enjoy pleasant room temperatures here even on warm summer days. A pet is allowed to come on vacation with you.



A nice covered terrace, where you can enjoy meals or refreshing drinks during the day and evening, belongs to the house.

Nearby is a small public playground for children. Visit the medieval town of Labin, the town of Rabac with wonderful pebble beaches and a beautiful promenade by the sea. From Rabac you can take one of the guided boat trips in the summer.

Excellent house for relaxing holidays

Very nice well-equiped house with everything what you need for excellent holidays far away from noise and stress: quite residential area close to the sea side (15 minutes by car or 6 kms walking distance) and center of Labin historical city; great private swimming pool; shadowed terasse; air-conditioning; etc... the owner of the house is very welcoming and available to help if needed.
