Ravni. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment is located on the east coast of Istria in the enchanting town of Ravni, where the hilly landscape, with the enticing scent of pines, drops steeply into the crystal-clear sea, just a few hundred metres from the apartment. A distinctive feature of staying in our apartment—with tranquillity, nature, and a true holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the city—is a fantastic view of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Cres. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

The coastline offers a very diverse selection of beaches near the apartment, from rocky and paved areas to a beautiful pebble beach in a pine forest that provides shade during the day.
