This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are very large. Staff helpful. Parking off site but close and very secure. Easy to walk into Old town which is very beautiful. On-site restaurant very upmarket

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is really comfortable and the baby bed they put for my baby was as well, my baby slept the whole night :). Personnel and service was Great, they supported us and answered my questions. The quality of the breakfast is really good and fresh. they offer a variety of prepared eggs as well. The parking option inside or outside the hotel can be difficult but near there is a public parking. Price quality is met. In general we are really pleased, we recommend and of course will be back.

Hotel ligt perfect, biedt geweldige mogelijkheden voor diner. In zowel Hermanns als Kaisersaal (die was helaas gesloten toen we er waren). Echter, de kamer was eenmaal slecht schoongemaakt en een dag gewoon helemaal niet. Ook hing de shampoo/douchegel bij de wastafel en de handzeep in de douche. De vloer om het bed was en bleef vies met ogenschijnlijk opgedroogd vocht dat gebuikt wordt om de menshuid te reproduceren... Zeer onsmakelijk en niet passend bij dit verder erg mooie en goed gelegen hotel.

Good hotel and great customer service.

We stayed two nights with our dog and everything was great. Our room was hurried ready for us, us being couple hours too early, and was not perfectly cleaned. But that was okay for us, because we got to check in earlier and relax with our dog. Customer service was super. We got really good and helpful service from every worker at reception we talked to. Also i think hotel was good if you are travelling with dog. Elevator is small, but pretty good green areas near hotel made walking dog (in shade) easy.

Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Hatte etwas von Luxus mit dem Ambiente. Jedoch haben wir doch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, welche in die Bewertung einfließen müssen. Einen direkten Parkplatz gibt es leider nicht und das angemietet Parkhaus ist eine Straße weiter. Für den Check in/out gibt es jedoch einen 15 min „Parkplatz“. Das so gelobte Frühstück müssen wir aufgrund der fehlenden Auswahlmöglichkeiten herunterstufen. Da sind wir doch mehr gewohnt. Die Qualität ist jedoch top! Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön eingerichtet und relativ groß, jedoch müssen wir den fehlenden Austausch von Badetüchern bemängeln. Bzw wir bekamen nur ein frisches, obwohl wir zu dritt waren. Bisschen wenig. Für uns am schlimmsten war jedoch die von Nacht 1 defekt gegangene Klima, welche über Nacht etliche Pfützen im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers verursachte. Am jeweiligen Morgen wurde das Personal darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt, jedoch ohne Reaktion. Bzw die Putzkraft hatte ein Handtuch auf die nasse Stelle gelegt. Die Reaktion ist hier sehr enttäuschend, da es doch eine Verletzungsgefahr darstellt. Gerade mit einem Kleinkind. Alles in allem erhält das Hotel dennoch ein 4 von 5.
